Modern 4 bedroom home in Cowes (Phillip Island). 2 bathrooms. Entertainer backyard. Mordern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need. High Chair and Porta Cot. 2 separate living areas, upstairs and downstairs. 2 car garage, large concrete driveway with off street parking. Ducted heating and cooling. Other features include- 4 burner BBQ. delonghi coffee machine. Wifi. Large DVD selection and DVD player. Large parkland across the road. Washing machine and clothes airer. Iron with ironing board. Linen provided (people to bring own pillows) some provided. Other- No party's. Non smoking. A 'no party policy' applies. Noise or music being played must be reduced to an inaudible level outside the property by 10 pm, or risk being removed from the premises.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. Would stay at the property again.

Had a great time at the Holiday Shack. House is modern, beautiful, great condition and presentable. Everything felt really clean. Communication with Troy the owner was easy and he was friendly and responsive. Would definitely book this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Between the two families we have 5 kids aged from 12 to 17 and the house was perfect for all of us. The dining table was a great size, we ate and played games there. We also utilised the great outdoor space & the kitchen where we cooked a couple of nights and the other nights we ate out.
The house had everything we needed, kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc.
We walked to the beach but it was a fair walk. A short drive to the town centre which was handy.
All in all we had a great stay and the hosts were great.

Short stay for a family wedding. The property was immaculate and even though we did not use the kitchen etc, was fully equipped. Would not hesitate to stay again. Owner was beyond helpful

We loved our stay at Troy’s home. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. There is a park around the corner and is about a 5-7 minute drive to the Main Street of Cowes & beach. The cooling was great and plenty of room for the 8 of us.

This property is exactly like the photo and the description. House was immaculate and clean. Did not need to bring anything, house was very well equipped.
Host was incredible, consistently available and accommodating. Some lovely little treats for us on arrival was a nice touch.
Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was so clean and kept ready for us. The owners were very helpful and kind and made the stay an even better experience! We will definitely be back to this amazing house. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Owner was attentive to our needs and thoughtful. Great location to shops and everything. Park close by was good for kids. House was clean and comfortable. Will go again definately!

This property is perfect for a large of group of people as it is very spacious and clean! Perfect to sleep many people as well as providing us with great activities and necessities! Overall would 100% recommend.
