Welcome to Edge Water Lodge, your perfect lakefront getaway for families and large groups! This completely remodeled and modern property is located on Lake Erie and features 10 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The Lodge has 9 queen beds, 1 twin bed and 4 full sleeper sofas, sleeping 26 people total. Flat screen TVs are in every room and the master suite has a jacuzzi tub. You will be comfortable in the summer with full A/C and cozy in the wintertime snuggled up next to our 2 electronic fireplaces. Enjoy stunning views from the overlook deck with access from the bedrooms on the second story. Every modern convenience is yours topped off with a great view and private lake access. Grab a glass of wine, sit by our cozy fire pit, and enjoy life by the lake at the Lodge. Amenities offered by pet friendly Edge Water Lodge include: A/C; Wi-Fi and Cable; A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are stocked in all 4 bathrooms. Washer and Dryer. Outdoors at the Lodge features a downstairs patio and upstairs overlook deck, a propane grill with extra gas, and firewood is provided for the cozy fire pit. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 12 vehicles is easily accessible just off Lake Road. Geneva-on-the-Lake in Ashtabula County, Ohio, is an old-fashioned lakefront getaway offering something for everyone, and Edge Water Lodge is in an ideal location for walking and easy driving to attractions on the famous entertainment Strip and north shore. • Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park. • Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses. • Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Edge Water Lodge. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. • Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Overall the house was ideal for my family get together. Plenty of off street parking and lenty of comfy beds for all of us.

Property in need of repair, updating, cleaning. Bedroom ceiling leaking into trash cans. Hole in bedroom wall. Swept up pounds of sand on floors. Throw rugs were filthy and dirty dishes in dishwasher. One and done. Wont go back.

This place met all our needs. A bedroom for each of us and plenty of off-street parking. There’s no real ‘beach’ area (steep downhill to cement barriers, that’s why only 4 stars for “accuracy of listing”) but the dining room windows face out to lake and sky, great view. Do not lean or sit on the railing of the upstairs deck! Rainy weather prevented us from enjoying the fire pit and outdoor areas, but it was plenty comfortable inside. Location was safe, clean, quiet (but oh, the sound of the wind and waves, rooms on the lake side are not quiet!). Would love to return in warmer weather but the autumn visit was pretty sweet too.

The property was okay. Outside of the Master bath, the remaining bathroom should be handicap accessible with bars for a shower. The entry to the home was not accessible for wheelchairs. Was disappointed with the back that the individuals could not go down to the water due to the hill and it being risk.

Edgewater lodge was perfect for our large group of ladies. We enjoyed the location/walkability, the lake views and the large space for us to gather and feel comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for other large groups looking to enjoy everything GOTL has to offer!

Great locattion. Waterfront right in the middle of the strip. Close to everything on the strip, but set back enough to be quiet.
House was clean and comfortable. It provided more than enough room for our group of 15 to be able to socialize without being right on top of people.

The location of the house is great. It's on the strip but back away from the road so the noise is isolated. It's on the lake but a like hike down the hill to get to it. The main gather area was nice and big enough for all of us. The only issues are the cleanliness of the outside. There are spider webs and dead bugs everywhere around the outside. Needs some deep clean attention inside and out. Overall great place for large group. Plenty of parking as well but it's gravel and dirt so that all goes into the house making the floors dirty. And parking lot muddy and deep puddles when it rains

Spent a long weekend at Edge Water Lodge with a group of 20+. There is plenty of gathering / hanging out space. Overall condition of the property is very good. Everything was clean on arrival. The house sits right on the lake, and the views are A+. You'll need to be spry to get to the water. Picnic tables and grill are on a nice patio. The fire ring is great with lots of wood available and comfy adirondack chairs. The location strikes a nice balance between secluded and easily walkable to all of the attractions on Lake Rd through Geneva-on-the-Lake. Highly recommended.

Our family decided to do something different this year and have Easter at the lake. The property was perfect. Lots of space, clean and the kitchen was perfect for having a family Easter dinner. We had an amazing time with fires by the lake and the view was unbelievable. An amazing experience.

January isn't the best time to be on Lake Eerie, but we were warm and cozy with great views of the lake. Under and hour to Cleveland, which made fun outings easy. Price was super affordable compared to similar places, and cleaning/checkout policies were very simple and reasonable.

We booked this house for my mom's 70th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice views of the water. Would definitely recommend! Even had Christmas decorations. We would like to go back in the summer!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family celebration. Plenty of space , plenty of parking and great location. They didn’t have any paper towels and when I reached out they addressed the situation and brought some by. I couldn’t locate an iron anywhere in house and when I reached out about one I never got a response back. Floors look like they could use a good mopping, but overall the house was clean. Would I come back… ABSOLUTELY! My family had a blast!

Location, location, location. Everything within walking distance, the large firepit lakeside was the best attraction for our outdoor family. Just being on the lake, it was a beautiful stay.

Our family stayed at this property a couple of times and have always enjoyed ourselves. Love hanging out at the fire pit and the close proximity to all the activities on the main street.

Had no idea what to expect during summer at GOTL and this place ended up being a perfect spot. It was roomy enough for our big group, had plenty of fun places to hang out and enjoy the great view, was within walking distance to have fun exploring and go on wine tours, and most of all, the owner was great at communicating with us. Some of the beds seemed like fulls and not queens, but it didn’t matter, checkout was easy, and we had everything we needed. The place is well loved but I expected that with a place that can host such big groups. LOVED sitting on the back patio. Would return!

My family were very pleased with the house, it was exactly as advertised. The only thing we found lacking was places for all of our clothes but that was a minor inconvenience. This was the first time we have been there and found it very relaxing with plenty of things to keep us entertained. We most certainly vacation there again next time our schedules permit.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property and would love to come back in the future! We had nine adults and one infant. We were able to comfortably have meals together and play board games around the dining room table or in the living room. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the huge amount of firewood made available to us so that we could make mountain pies and s’mores or just spend time in the evenings together by the fire. We loved the fact that the house had 10 bedrooms and four full bathrooms. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops, easily. What a great home! I think I would have given it 5 stars if the mattresses had mattress pads on them, and then had the mattress fitted and flat sheets. On almost all of the beds, there were only the fitted sheets directly on top of the mattresses. Those sheets seemed to either be the wrong size or stretched out because several of us had the fitted sheet slip off while sleeping and awoke to find ourselves laying directly on the mattress. This happened to us numerous times a night for the week.
I think that it would be helpful in the future to purchase mattress covers, and new sheets that stay on the bed without slipping off. Another small thing would be to add some bedside table lamps for the bedrooms. It would be a nice touch and helpful for evenings.
Otherwise, we were super pleased with our stay!

Best Vacation EVER
Family reunion of 20 people from 5 mos. to 82 and representing 5 states. Knew Geneva on the Lake could be noisy but the house was fantastic and very quiet. We all enjoyed the water as a beautiful view or as a play ground. The younger crowd had no problem getting to the water. Great space inside for all to enjoy. Everyone wants a repeat so I know we will return another year.
