Overall great location and easy access to the beach! Could use some better amenities in the kitchen, limited cooking pans and coffee pot not up to par. Master bathroom had no trashcan.

We were very pleased with the location of this property. The views were incredible and the condo was nicely updated. The only suggestion would be to next update the linens, carpet and couch, but they were clean. Want to come back again next year!

Easy beach access!
We had a great stay and are planning on booking again ASAP! We loved the balcony and the decor of the condo! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and loved each bedroom having their own bathroom! There was plenty of storage space in the mast bedroom/bath but limited space in the full size bed bedroom as the closet was filled with renovation materials. There was not even a place to lay out clothing or a suitcase. The bedroom with twins bed had closets but one was also filled with renovation materials. It did have a dresser but the inside of the dresser was dirty so we did not use it. It was also missing a knob, which obviously very little impacted the function but looked tacky. We noticed that materials (paint cans and such) were placed in each closet, while we appreciate and understand the importance of updating/repairing, it seemed like it could have been condensed to give guests more storage space and help with the tidy esthetic. I would recommend replacing the front door mat and ensuring cleaning staff sweeps by the door prior to guests arrival. It was faded and obviously had not been cleaned for awhile therefore we tracked dirt into the condo immediately. First impressions are everything and as soon as i saw the mat was leary of the cleanliness of the condo. Overall, it was clean and we felt comfortable. Very easy access to the beach and was convenient to quickly run back to the condo. Parking was nice since it was covered. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

Great experience!
We loved this property! Amazing views, conveniently located across from well stocked Tom Thumb store, master bed was soooo comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed! No complaints!
Only minor suggestions we have is to leave renters more trash bags for the kitchen and coffee filters! We left our extras for the next renters. 😁

Great location!
Located very close to beach. Apartment was clean. Located across street from Tom Thumb. Apartment was very spacious. There were several issues to point out. We had a shower leak in master bath and eventually noticed the cause. The shower door was pulling away from wall, this causing an opening. We also noticed several electric outlets not working throughout the apartment. In the kitchen we had to move the coffee maker and toaster oven around to be near an outlet that worked. Also had issues with oven heating properly. Contacted property management. Noting this to make sure it gets fixed. Reason for 4 star and not 5 star. Other than that, this is a great condo for a Florida beach getaway. Check in and check out process worked great.

Picture Perfect Beach & Comfortable Accommodations
You can tell that this property has been recently updated, or is in the process of being updated. There are some very nice updates and a few that are probably next on the list. The proximity to the beach could not be any better! The view from the balcony is perfection. There is a small outdoor couch that was recently added, which made the balcony that much more enjoyable to be on. An update to the other outdoor furniture would be nice. It was very hard to open and close the balcony door... I am sure salt water makes this challenging to maintain, however it could use a little attention. The beds were VERY comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. The pool and "hot" tub were just ok. We were there for the beach, so this aspect didn't bother us too much... however it would be nice if the "hot" tub was cranked up several notches.
Back to the beach... so great! Not too crowded, very clean, wonderful beach chair service, & fun to watch the sea life from the shore. This condo building is also just steps away from a Tom Thumb, which had just the right groceries to suit our 4 day getaway needs. This was a huge bonus, as tracking down an Uber for 5 in this area proved to be a bit challenging. Overall, this condo was just what we needed for a quick, affordable, girls' getaway to the beach!

Much needed winter break
Absolutely loved the lay out of the condo. Tastefully decorated, loved having 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms! Loved the large dining room table where we could all gather around to eat and play games. The view was awesome, especially the sunsets!

Pretty nice
Nice place, but a couple of minor issues. The master shower leaks out from the door and puddles up on the floor. The elevator was down when we arrived so we had to lug our stuff up the steps, luckily only 2 floors up. Every night we went somewhere or went on the patio someone was smoking weed.... I had small kids with me and hated that part. Go for a family vacation and have some people doing drugs is a bummer. Great working through the website and app for the condo. I would use them again, but not stay at this particular condo building.

Wonderful family vacation
Sea Dunes 204 was amazing. The check-in/out process, the cleanliness of the property, and the accommodations were all five star. It is a beautifully updated condo. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to FWB.

Spring Break
We had an amazing time in Florida. The condo is just like the picture very beachy and airy. Very comfortable beds and updated appliances in the kitchen. The beach is so close to the unit. The condo is also an end-unit, so it has more windows giving us great views of the water. It really was the perfect location. There were a few problems, though. The first being the Internet. It didn’t work from day one and despite someone coming out twice to look at and replacing the router, it still didn’t function consistently. It worked on an unsecured network for a day but then kicked us off again. Real Joy’s solution was to use the Wi-Fi in the unit directly above us, which work well in the master bedroom and the living room but was out of range of the two bedrooms near the front of the condo where our kids were. The second problem was the smoke detectors. At one point they started just going off. They’re all connected throughout the condo and when one starts they all alarm. It did this for a couple minutes then stopped then repeated two more times within an hour. I took the batteries out but then they just chirped so I remove them from the wall completely. This was at 11 o’clock at night. The emergency people were very receptive and someone came out to take care of this but they’re plan was to do what I already did, remove them from the wall.Someone came the next morning with fresh batteries and reconnected the smoke detectors. However, later that day they did the same thing so I just remove them from the wall completely. Despite these two things, it was an excellent stay. I would recommend this place and if we ever visit Okaloosa Island again, Sea Dunes 204 will be our home.

Nice Stay
It was so easy booking this property. It was even easier getting into our condo. All of the necessary instructions were emailed, or sent in texts to me. The room has a wonderful view. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Good family vacation beach property
This property has a great view of the beach and is quite comfortable. The beds are comfortable but I would have liked to have different pillows . There are some items that need some updating--for example the dishwasher was quirky and needs to be replaced. I know the management company is doing some necessary maintenance and repairs but they responded promptly and courteously to requests.
