Situated in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $616 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Emerald Towers West Condominiums. 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo with everything you need. INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY IS BEACH CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTAL! (March 1st- October 31st) We are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Our condo is directly on the beach, unobstructed views, with nothing but the dunes between you and the beach. (5th floor) You couldn't get any closer! You can see all the way to the Okaloosa pier to the left, to the right you can see to the end of the Island. The Fall and Winter sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! You can actually watch the sunrise and set during the fall and winter from our balcony and master bedroom!! It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1500 square foot remodeled condo. Jan 2024, Brand new couches and den furniture. New ceiling fans in every room. The condo has been completely repainted for a fresh updated look! We have purchased new beds, linens, spreads, furniture, as well as new 40" smart tvs for the bedrooms, Smart 65" TV in den. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and appliances you will need to have a great trip! New, 2022, refrigerator with filtered in door ice and water. We even have a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are also two bar stools.The new appliances and a huge granite bar make for an easy time to cook, hangout and have direct amazing views of the gulf. The den has a 65" smart television. The balcony is accessible from the den and master bedroom. We have taken every measure to have your stay like being at home. There is an outdoor pool and bar be que grills with tables. (outdoor bathhouse next to pool). The short walkway over the dunes also includes a shower to rinse off. We are about two miles to the Okaloosa Boardwalk, where you can shop, grab a bite to eat, and let the kids play on the beach playground. You can fish from the Okaloosa Pier or just go for a walk and see sea turtles, dolphin, or someone else's catch! The Gulfarium, a marine adventure park, is right there with dolphin and sea lion shows daily. The Fort Walton area has some great restaurants, shopping, and bars to walk around and hang out. You can always head to Destin, a 6 mile drive, where there is the Silver Sands outlet and Destin Commons Mall and Big Kahuna's Water Park. There is something for everyone! We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and have a 3 night minimum other months indicated under rates. (Some exceptions apply to this rule) Reservations are not complete until I receive your signed rental contract and copy of your license within 24 hours of booking. Our process is extremely easy as I do contracts through electronic signature. There is absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. You must be 25 and up to rent from us.

The condo was just as advertised in the listing. Everything was in great condition, very clean, and worked. It was a short easy walk to the beach too. We definitely appreciated how well stocked it was too. I really liked the availability of the extra outlets on the nightstand. That’s always one annoying thing about condos, having to move furniture or climb under the bed to get to a plug, so that was nice. Also liked that there was dual ceiling fans as well as an electric fan in the closet for some extra white noise. The view from the master bedroom is great too. Just make sure to close the curtains before you leave or the room gets pretty hot compared to the rest of the condo. The only con of the condo in my opinion was the furniture. The couches were not comfortable and old. The balcony could use a nice chair or 2 also instead of only barstool height chairs. A con of the complex, nothing to do with this property specifically, is the beach chair service. If there was even a slight breeze the kid would come by and shut all the umbrellas saying they didn’t want them to tumble away. Meanwhile the flag on the flagpole is barely moving. Also they came around to pack them up before 3:00 each day with 3-4 hours of sunlight left in the day. Since it was complimentary it was alright I guess but had I paid for that service it would have been frustrating to only get a couple of hours of shade each day. We recommend this condo, great value for a 3 bed!

Absolutely wonderful Condo you will find in Ft Walton! The Complex is small which makes it less crowded than others. I rode the elevators for a week and never had another person in it with me. First, it is the closest Condo that I’ve ever seen to the Ocean. You are right on top of the water while on your balcony. The pool is in the front which allowed the Condo to be so close to the Ocean. Our Condo was huge and very comfortable and more than enough space for 6 people. It was newly renovated with comfort in mind. Because it is a smaller complex, it was quiet and serene and unlike the big condos, there is no bad parking area. The view had to be the best thing and the room itself running a close second. The Owner bent over backwards for us. Forget Destin, stay here just once and you’ll be hooked, and that’s a promise!!

Stayed 5 nights in late summer. Beautiful condo, plenty of room. Had everything we needed. Lovely view of the beach. Smaller complex so not nearly as crowded as others. No fitness center on site but that was the only negative. Will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony and the umbrella/chairs were much appreciated. Wednesday we watched a short fireworks display from the beach and the fishing pier is worth the $2 to see shark! My only complaint (and I understand that things happen) is that the property was not ready when we arrived until 5:00 p.m.; delaying our ability to unpack and grocery shop. Also, we were only provided one trash bag for the week. I texted housekeeping and she said she would bring us more but she didn’t show up until Wednesday night.

Everything was awesome about our stay, the check in process was easy, the owner was quick to respond when I had questions, & worked with me quickly when we decided to extend our vacation by an extra day! The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is the pool is small & on the street side of the condo, not beach side. This worked out ok though, just was a surprise to see.

This was my first visit to Fort Walton Beach and I loved it! The beach was so clean and wide, the water was beautiful and this condo is perfect. As soon as you walk through the front door and turn in to the condo, the water greets you. The view is unbelievable, and the high top chairs on the balcony maximize your enjoyment by placing you above the railing. Everything was clean, functional and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the location. Beach was so nice and not busy at all. All the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Loved having the chair on the beach as well. Definitely will be visiting again.

The only issue we had was the outside care of the building in the hallway is pretty dirty out there, but the pool is kept very clean. The hallways were dirty and smelly also, but inside of her gorgeous.

This property is right on the beach! Watch the sunrise and sunset! Clean, spacious condo with plenty of room for all the family to spread out. Location is great because it’s in a less congested area so not all the spring break crowd. Property owner was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. We would definitely go back. Highly recommend!!!

We booked this property for a spring break trip with our family, and each of our kids brought a friend. Lisa was great to work with and very responsive. The views are incredible, and the daily beach chair service is such a treat. You are steps from the sand and can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony and/or master bedroom. Would definitely recommend this unit to families for a relaxing beach getaway!

This condo more than met our needs. Well and comfortably furnished with everything you need! Two walk in showers were very convenient. The views from the balcony are outstanding. Beach access was easy even for our Dad who is 87! Will book again.

Wife and I visit Okaloosa Island 2 to 3 times a year for the past 21 years, this is one of the nicer condos we have stayed at on the island. We are already planning our next trip and this condo will be our first pick! Lisa, the owner, was very easy to work with and promptly responded to any questions we had. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay.

Our stay in the room could not have been better. You always hope the room is like it looks in the picture, and in this case it’s identical! It was spotless and well stocked, better than any other unit we have stayed in over the last ten years with VRBO. My family is already planning this unit for our next stay in Fort Walton Beach. The owner also was quick to reply and very kind. In my opinion, there’s nothing to think about when booking, just book this unit!
