We had a wonderful time on our stay and the location and layout of the condo worked great for us . It was our 19 year wedding anniversary & we had a fantastic time! That being said, the condo has 2 issues. Number 1 the Temperature in the condo was too hot. It was 75 at Night and 81 during the day. After reading previous reviews I brought three large fans and that helped… but putting uv film on the old window glass would help immensely! Number 2 maintenance issues. The floor in the bedroom with the queen bed is sinking in and needs re-braced. The entire condo is in desperate need of a deep, deep cleaning! Sofas are stained & need replaced. Overall I gave it 4 stars because everything else about our stay has great!

This past weekend we came to Lake of the Ozarks for a girls weekend. My impression of the place already started off bad because when I was sent the check-in information it said we could only use one parking spot. (We drove from 2 different states.) It never said this on the initial description. The owner wasn't helpful when I contacted them either. Once we got there the condo was 80 degrees. It was like someone just turned the AC on before we showed up. One of the girls noticed that there were absolutely NO towels in the bathrooms. I finally found them in the dryer. The dishwasher was also full when we got there. On Saturday, we were out most of the day but once we got back the condo was so hot again. Since it is run by Nest, the owner had taken it upon themselves to adjust the temperature while we weren't there. Every night we were here it was so hot in the condo. Our last morning at 9 a.m. we had a cleaning lady knocking at the door. At first I thought she was bring us clean towels but she was bringing stuff for the next guests who were staying and locking them in a closet. I found it odd that this wasn't something that couldn't have waited until after we left. I felt so uncomfortable in this condo but we really had such an amazing trip. The reason I am giving an overall score of 2 stars is for the pool and the view. I would never stay in this condo again.

Great views and location

Very nice place on the water. Great views from both decks. Lots of space inside. We had to check in early and was accommodated which might be why the cleaning wasn't up to par. Air conditioner struggled to keep place cool until late at night but it was doable, just try to stay downstairs during the middle of the day. Really enjoyed staying here. Nice decor, comfy beds, etc.

Pros: 1)Fantastic views from the balconies. 2)Great location - close to amenities. 3)Good neighbors in the complex - friendly and helpful! Cons: 1)Dirty - stained carpets, sheets needed to be re-washed, excess cob webs and spiders everywhere (inside and out), a mouse ran across the floor into the laundry room. 2)Interior stairs are extremely steep and narrow. Railing is dangerous. Had to use throw pills in-between the spindles so my small dog didn't fall through. 3)Deposit was held for a full two weeks. Asked the host to refund it sooner and they blamed Vrbo. Asked Vrbo and they said it is up to the host.

This is our second year staying at Pari's condo. This is a comfortable condo with 2 living spaces and 2 decks. Fun lake restaraunt/bar nearby. We were out a lot and used the condo mostly for sleep. It was a good fit for our needs

We found out from another owner that Dockknockers owned the pool and they were in Sturgeous and so no one was treating the pool so it wasn’t any better than filling a pool in your backyard and letting it sit for days. It had a green hue to it so we were not able to use it. There was a bear left behind by previous guest and the property owner was “supposed to” call us to put the bear outside for the cleaning gal. When she didn’t see it, she used the code to come into the condo. Of course, she knocked when she opened the door because she heard us talking, I guess, but we did not like that at all. Condo definitely needs updating, but the price matched the condition.

The condo has a great view! The view was one of our main requirements. Two decks with plenty of room to sit and enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and had nice bedding. The condo was clean and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The two living spaces was nice if someone wanted to watch another TV show. The kitchen has all the basics. The entire process was easy. Thank you!

However just to the right of the front entrance there is a grassy area filled with dog poop! So that is the first thing you see and smell when you walk in other than that it was good it wasn't very clean

Was a cute condo with a lot of space. Loved that it had two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. You can walk to the lake and pool in about 30 seconds which was convenient. The only thing that I didn't like is every time I had a question while we were there I would message the owner and he never responded. I wasn't given a check in code, I had to ask for it. There was no check out list either so now I'm just hoping I did everything right. Other than the lack of communication I can't complain.

The property was nice overall! Could of been cleaner for sure, it wasn’t awful though. The views were amazing and the cove was pretty quiet! It was also nice being so close to a restaurant (Docknockers)! There was no way to access the water for swimming though, so we had to go to the state park. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies such as baking sheets. Also, the A/C has trouble keeping up during the day so it gets pretty warm inside. Parking was also tricky at times, but the condo complex wasn’t very big so it’s not a huge problem. The owners were easy to get ahold of with questions! Overall, not a bad stay! I would recommend it to a friend or come back myself!
