Netter Aufenthalt!

Frühstück war in Ordnung- frische Früchte wären schön gewesen. Später check-out. Nahe der U-Bahn Haltestelle Restaurants in der Umgebung Lautstärke gut

Ein bisschen sauberer im Badezimmer hätte es sein können.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, kleine Zimmer

Gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn, Ruhige Straße. Gutes Frühstück im Wintergarten, sehr freundliches Personal. Einrichtung der Zimmer interessant, wenn auch mit alten Möbeln.

Zimmer sehr klein. Wir haben upgegradet, weil das Superior Zimmer zu klein war. Die Junior-Suit war OK und konnte schnell umgebucht werden.

Good value for your money, quality sleep

The breakfast was very good and the sleep quality was amazing. There is a lobby open 24h that has free coffee, tea, and candy. It is close to the metro, Arlanda Express, and city center. It is a good value for the money and we would definitely try to stay here again.

All in all a great hotel with a good distance and location to the city center!

The room was really lovely with everything we needed! Also there was a free coffee and tea station which was nice. Very friendly staff! Metro and bus are at walking distance.

The breakfast was good but could differ a little. Fresh fruits like apples and bananas would have been great!

La colazione, l’opportunità di avere caffè e the sempre a disposizione nella hall dell’hotel. L’hotel ha un bar con musica jazz live due volte alla settimana.

Sub asteptarile noastre.

Ne-a placut zona in care este localizat, faptul ca este aproape de metrou. Micul dejun a fost relativ ok, doar ca trebuia sa te trezesti destul de devreme pentru a putea sa iti alegi.

Peretii erau murdari, conditiile si aspectul nu sunt de 4 stele, as spune mai degraba de 2 sau maxim 3 stele. Camera de o singura persoana a fost dezamagitoare, dusul foarte mic, nu era spatiu deloc.

Excellent stay!

The vintage interior in the rooms. The lovely breakfast and smiling staff. All the help and recommendations we got from restaurant to luggage deposit our last day.

The sound of the lift was quite loud, since our room was next to it. But it’s really to be picky 🙂

Very enjoyable stay except for early morning noise issues

The breakfast was as expected although a little more attention could have been given to the hot food. The room was adequate but as we were on holiday with friends and had booked two similar rooms ours was at least 50% smaller so we felt somewhat hard done by. Location was perfect for restaurants, bars etc.

Every morning at 06.00 we were woken up to building work next door and noise from machinery outside. We mentioned this when checking out and was told the hotel were not informed this was going to happen. Perhaps a note of apology would have demonstrated the hotel cared about their guests.

very good Hotel to stay in Stockholm

the breakfast was very good, the room was nice and the bed was comfy. the location is 30 min away from the mainstation if you go by foot, if you go with the subway its only 2 stopps away. there are some quite good Restaurants nearby as well as the Hard Rock Cafe

The only thing we found not that good, was the television, only 8 Programms, mainly in swedish.

the toilet smelt like sewage and we finally changed rooms on the 3rd of the 4th nights.

Lovely stay!

The room was incredibly cosy, the bed was comfortable and also very clean (kudos for the toilet's cleanliness!!). Wifi worked well in all areas, tea and coffee were available to the guests and the breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and polite and the hotel is well located - you can easily walk to Gamla Stan and there is public transport available. Also, there are shops, cafes and restaurants in the hotel's surrounding area.

No complaints, everything worked well for us.

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was in a very good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was opposite the kitchen room so in the morning it was a bit noisy but wasn’t frustrating.

Amazing for a city tour trip

The hotel was amazing. The location is perfect, as it is only a 2 minute walk away from a metro station, with good connections to all major tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and forthcoming. Both when I contacted them before our stay but also during. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are nice. We could not hear anything from neighbouring rooms or from the room directly above ours, which was amazing as well.

Disappointing overall.

In fairness the showers in the bathrooms are very good - consistent hot water and good pressure.

A double room does not mean a double bed. This is not made clear when booking. We were uncomfortable and the two beds were not snug when pushed together. there was a gap and bed edges between us. We asked reception if we could move. They agreed to move us to a room “with a lovely four poster bed” so we spent time packing up to take our cases to reception. We left for the day (late for our planned activities) and the young man said the room would be ready when we returned. When we got back to the hotel nothing had been done for us, the room change had not been made and they said they had given away ALL rooms with double beds - according to the computer we were still in the same room we had left in the morning. There is only one four poster room and we were told it had been given to someone else. And in addition to the bed issue, the previous room in the eves had ridiculously loud creaking floors with even the lightest movement. We also had to get our cases up a set of steps to reach the elevator for that side of the hotel. We re-explained all the various issues and how unhappy we were but there was ZERO that could be done for us. We took an available room on the first floor only because it was taking more of our time up waiting to solve the situation, at least we didn’t have to get upstairs with cases and hopefully the floor would not be so bad. We were running late again as we had a dinner reservation. We had to stay there for another two nights, sleeping apart in the same uncomfortable bed as the previous room. Apparently it’s not an unusual thing but there are also no mattresses on any beds just a spongy topper. The man on reception offered us some kind of discount but this was never actually given. This marred the holiday for us on our first visit to Stockholm. Will not stay here again.
