Pool and gym we're ok.
Poor hotel outdated and dull. Room furniture was poor and tacky. Food was disappointing. Location not great. Air conditioning not great in room. Hotel was noisy.

Breakfast was good and plenty of choice
Room was nice however hair on the bed and the bedside cabinets full of dust. Everything else was perfect

Breakfast expensive for what was available

We love this hotel. My family stay here often. Ask for a good view & receive a great room. So big & spacey for family of 4. Very modern & comfortable beds. Highly recommend

We stayed 7th-8th May in a double double bedded room. Room was spacious for 4 of us. All staff were friendly & welcoming. We arrived back late from a concert so ordered room service. The breakfast chef was amazing, I am gluten free, he explained the food options and prepared a special breakfast plate of gluten free goodies for me and brought them over to our table. He went above & beyond. I heard him chatting to other guest, families & children, very approachable and helpful.
My daughters (and I) absolutely loved the pillows, they want me to source some for our beds at home.
No issues

Great room and loved the cocktail hour.
I was very disappointed that I had to pay extra for the swimming pool and book time slots. The reason I chose to stay here was for the pool. The changing rooms were also very dirty.

Ross at the bar was awesome and knowledgeable
No slippers or robes in rooms, you now have to upgrade for these. Expensive for what is a basic, although comfortable, room. Some staff rude, some lovely. Mixed bag really.

Very warm welcome and helpful staff at reception and concierge desk. Room spacious, clean and comfortable - modern but with style.
The car park is hard to access, and we had difficulty finding a space and then difficulty getting into the space due to a large vehicle next to us. Would have appreciated choice of dining options.

Decor and rooms were lovely. Great location
Breakfast on Saturday was good but on Sunday croissants weren’t fresh. Nor was the honey roast ham or cheese which was actually beginning to curl at the edges. Seemed dried out and not fresh. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel and the prices charged. Some of the staff were a bit abrupt and in upstairs bar would stand talking amongst themselves whilst serving you.

Room facilities and breakfast were great and the staff were really friendly. We have stayed at this Hilton a few times and it is good that the customer service has remained consistently high.
No issues nothing to comment on

The staff was very friendly, always smiling and tending to our needs very quickly. I would like to give kudos to Andrei at Whiskey Mist bar who was super kind on the day we arrived and even made suggestions of the places we should visit.
Not the best place to leave by foot to the city centre or other areas since it’s near the highway, but it’s manageable.

Staff were excellent, in every department. Especially the girl on the front desk, Shannon was her name, she did everything she could to help us out and was really nice.
The fact you have to pay extra to use the pool. The hotel was excellent, but was not cheap and just thought having to pay extra to use a facility was a bit much.

The aesthetics were spot on, all areas were spotless, rooms were kept lovely and cool.

The staff were all welcoming and made us feel at home. From the Night manager, Bob that kept checking on us from time to time to Abdul, a wonderful housekeeper that guided us to the central mosque to the fellow at the restaurant that helped with appropriate cutleries and serving plates to our room and the wonderful lady that guided us to a restaurant where the kids had nice pancakes and the one that aided the concierge to help with our luggage. I can’t remember them all
The reception floor is superb 👌
Kudos to Hilton. With the Hilton Honours account, I’m now your fan anywhere I go in the www. 👊👊👊
Hmmm…. I think the breakfast restaurant only opens on weekends.

Beautiful property, we arrived late after our son had an operation. Our room was upgraded and the staff were fantastic. Alexander the gentleman who brought our room service was brilliant.
The beds were a little hard for my liking but still comfortable.

Beautiful room. The whole place is gorgeous & a really comfy bed.
There are no complaints the place is lovely.

Lovely building. Bed and bedding so comfy. Great in room facilities.
I think for the price a 10am checkout isn’t great, particularly when it’s a 4pm check in. I think pushing it back to 11am would be reasonable. Maybe we felt it much more because we stayed the night the clocks went forward so meant we were effectively checking out at 9am.
The room temperature cannot go below 21.5 which was too warm for us. Would be great to have the option to lower the temp.
We had wanted to get late night room service but the staff weren’t able to tell us dietary information without the chef there so I was unable to order as I have coeliacs.

floor 9 nicely decorated room nicely decorated
No dressing table for my wife to get ready for the wedding. Reception staff chewing gum all the time he was speaking to us..rude and never told us about the car park charging arrangement. Night service no malt whisky......just blends, strange when we are in Scotland. Would I stay there again?....probably not.

Very clean, good location and friendly staff. The bar staff were especially friendly.
The guy at the leisure reception on Saturday afternoon needs to brush up on his people skills. He was almost bordering on rude.
Paying for the leisure facilities whilst you are a guest at the hotel is a wee bit cheeky. I didn’t expect this from the Hilton, I expect this from budget hotel chains but not the Hilton.
