All good - no complaints. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillow. Lemongrass soap.
Couldn't open the window. Driveway was blocked by a parked vehicle for a period.

Very nice experience. Everything about the room was above my expectation. The free WiFi was phenomenal... I have never seen a hotel WiFi with that speed before.
You may consider adding a couple of dinner plates and a microwave to the room amenities. I found their absence to be a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was top-notch, like a 5-star experience.

I liked how comfortable the bed was
I didn’t like how there’s restriction to fresh air , all windows in the hotel have been forcefully shut and I had to leave the hotel a few times to get some fresh air.

The location was fine. The amenities were good except the cae was not open for lunch on Saturday
The shower in the bathroom. It was impossible to turn it on without getting a burst of cold water over you.

Very convenient to the NS Private Hospital, very helpful and friendly staff who drove us to the hospital as it was raining and I couldn’t safely wheel my mother in the wheelchair.
Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and facilities wheelchair friendly. Thank you.
A little noisy in the rooms beside the Pacific Hwy.

We had a medical appointment. It was perfectly located , easy to access and every staff member that we encountered was polite and friendly.
Some extra milk and a few biscuits in our room would have been nice.

Location was Great staff were nice and cafe downstairs was very good.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected. Kinda sucked we couldn't watch Netflix or something. Obviously busy weekend in Sydney when we decided to go for our anniversary. but I think it was definitely way over priced for the 2 night stay.

I didn’t have breakfast however observed the food and service and rated it outstanding.
I was there as a brilliant location to RNS private. The parking arrangement was greatly appreciated as I travelled 550km to go into hospital and I loved th fact that the Urban accomodate me and had parking for my car when I was so far from home and on my own.
