Best thing going for this place was the location. The rest was poor or below average.
No charging stations for electric cars, no undercover parking or carport. Bathrooms were dirty. No toilet brush in the toilet. Over priced, poor layout to rooms

brekky expensive for offer- bed was fine- everything wa "fine" for 1 or max 2 nights.
bit sparse- nothing special

Room was comfy, that kind of thing, I have been coming to the hotel for a while and Mercure have elevated it but still need some upgrades, The foyer and staff are all excellent,.
could do with an upgrade, cracked tiles, grout was discoloured, noticed some of the doors in the corridors were old and chipped paint etc.

Was quite a bit of hair in the bathroom

The service was exceptional! I was there with my daughter for surgery and Rueben asked how he could help with things such as late check out etc and said let him know how he can help with anything at all. He signed me up to Accor as well. He was very professional, while still being thoughtful and kind. He also gave us directions to the hospital and the local shops. I’ve stayed at some fancy places around the world, but have never felt so welcomed in my life.
The inside of the shower was pretty dirty in the corners with dust and hairs that would come off (room 205) the rest of the room was great

Tidy, easy to check in and out

The staff were very helpful and super friendly.
Throughout, it was very clean, but the shower kind of let ithe score down overall.
Love the products provided such as the body was n body lotion etc.
Great location, easy to find.
Bed was very comfy.
Easy check in and out.
Overall, even with a couple of negative things in my mind, it was a comfortable and pleasurable quick last minute stay!
Considering the price paid for a standard room in this hotel, I thought $20 for outdoor parking was a bit rich.
I also thought it was a little highly priced with not even a mini bar available to purchase from in the room, plus having to pay for parking but it was the weekend for the Taylor Swift concert, so everywhere was over the top, for a one night last minute booking.

It smelt a little stuffy

Comfy bed, clean. Would have to be the best value for a decent place to stay in Manly.
The bathroom could do with a little more sprucing up.

Comfortable bed. Good shower and air conditioning.
Having to pay $20 per night for open air parking, having to self check in, then get staff to get swipe access cards only to find swipe cards don't work. There was a smartie (or similar) on floor in room .No biscuits to have with cup of tea. Not as good as when Travelodge were here, when it was economical.

Comfortable beds
Asked numerous times to check in an hour early to access room to get dressed for a wedding …apparently too hard???
We got dressed in disabled toilets. Pretty disappointing.

Was great - the staff were lovely and accommodating, room was good, they provided a cot. Thank you! The fire alarms went off a few times throughout the night for no reason but I’m guessing that was a one off. The firies came and I’m all for good fire safety so wasn’t too bothered.

The room was excellent.
The bed was comfortable and clean.
For what we wanted in a motel room, there is
nothing I didn't,t like.

Toilet in room was dirty

Handy to the city without city prices.
The beds and pillows were comfortable.
The room is a good size.
Quality tea!
Easy parking.
It was ok. Nothing bad to mention.

Modernt, rent och fräscht med stor välkomnande entre. Stor parkering på baksidan för $10. Rummet var stort och bekvämt med kökstillbehör, diskho och rejäl garderob.
Bekväm säng och helt ok badrum.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and pillows.
Decor a little outdated.
3.0
The automated check in process was easy.
The room looked like it had not been vacuumed or mopped in a decade, the carpet was well past its expiry and the bathroom was the type you’d want to wear shoes in. The room was loud and stuffy and the rest of the hotel was outdated and dirty.

The location and serviced apartments like facility.
The staff at reception is excruciatingly slow. I am not exaggerating in any Indian outback hotel the efficiency is a 100 times more. Also it's unmanned quite often amd calls to them go unanswered. Please look into this negative aspect. Also the beds are too soft for comfort.

Spacious hotel, friendly staff and great carpark, great location too

The Location was perfect for our exploring in the Northern Beaches.
8.0
Location was good and room and bathrooms were clean and good size.
Minimum stocks for tea and coffee
2.0
Parking available but should be included in the price of the room.
The reception staff when we checked in was rude and inhospitable.
The water pressure in the tiny bathroom was terrible.
The mattress was as hard as a rock.
The room was overpriced for all of the above reasons.
9.0
The bed was super comfortable, and once I was asleep I did not wake up again.
The shower door, if you were not careful, you could have opened it and it could have smashed on the toilet. It needs some sort of bumper on it at the level of the toilet.
