Have stayed here many times on trips to Munich. Good location and spacious, comfortable rooms. Rewe supermarket by the hotel is very useful
There can be small maintenance issues (we had another one on this visit) but they are dealt with when raised with reception

The location was good. Having a shop right next to the hotel was very convenient for quickly getting some food. The room was nice and clean.
Some staff ladies were super friendly.
There was water running from the shower panel onto the floor.
We parked in the hotel garage, but we received a notice on our car saying that we were parked illegally. By the way, parking costs €24 per day. The hotel removed the notice, but the situation felt a bit strange.
Overall, given how busy Munich was during those days, I think the hotel is doing a good job.

I a specially liked the kitchenette. Everything else was a good standard but the kitchenette is ideal for our stay. It is the main reason, as we as the location, why come have stayed in this hotel three times.
Could do with better tv channels to select from. Was unable to enable subtitles on the tv.
