Room size, location, it was very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe.
One staff member laughed in our face when we asked a question about check in. A room by ours kept slamming the door.

The room was standard size and pretty comfortable and the bathroom had everything one would expect. The bar/restaurant were comfortable and the food was tasty. Breakfast was what you might expect although some of the fruit looked like it had been prepared days before.
The toilet was not clean, actually it was pretty disgusting. Everything else was clean though. The location, in my opinion, was not ideal for tourists although it was more suited to people travelling for business due to being close to the conference centre.
