Enjoyable stay at the Fergus Club

Friendly helpful staff, excellent food and dining area, really good drinks selection, lovely big pool, kids pool in separate area, comfortable, quiet rooms cleaned every day by maids. 10 minute walk into town was nice or 5 mins into Sol Caliu worth a visit.

Smoking area right outside the front door of the hotel didn't give it the best first impression, walking through a cloud of smoke every time you left / entered the hotel, maybe needs moving to around the side of the hotel.

Dinner buffet and the swimming pool were both good. Entertainment was nice.

The alcoholic all inclusive drinks were not so good.

Good location. Some lovely staff.

Cheap and cheerful. Some lovely staff!!

The poor cleaners-work really hard. But I saw them having to clean things they shouldn't have to ( such as ppl leaving sanitary things on the floor in the toilets :( )..... Stains on carpets in the corridors ... As I say not the cleaners fault. They work really hard!!!

Superb value

Very good location, plenty facilities available, easy going and friendly staff, had a great stay, would definitely recommend to friends and viewers

Our room was facing the inner/main pool area (most are) and the noise was killing us - loud music, karaoke, thumps from people jumping on the stage etc. every single night until 23:30 or later (and from 10:00 in the morning). The loudest, most annoying "room" ever. And we've slept places when backpacking SE Asia. Some rooms are facing the other side and you could probably request one of those which should be better.

Reasonable Price but dated. Not the best All inclusive service

food. small cups for drinks. Silly Card system to get a cup and drink. bad service at the pool side. no drinking water unless you paid at the machine. a few unfriendly staff (not all). Man on the mic talking for hours by pool side every day. It was in French so I’m not sure what this was but it didn’t give a nice pool side vibe just really annoying. Room was dated and needs updating.

Lovely location, lots to do around, every where was clean and reception staff where friendly and helpful,

Food was all quantity and no quality. Coffee machines were dirty making the coffee very sour. No Wifi in the room. Got screamed at to get out of the swimming pool 15 min before it was meant to close because the life guard wanted to get off early. I just jumped in for a quick dip because I knew it wasn't closed yet and it wasn't crowded. First and last time I used the pool. Staff were very over worked. Only the entertainers looked like they enjoyed their jobs.

the main manager of front desk is not polite and not friendly. even if the client is not satisfied she has to do everything with smile and in friendly manner . but she was rude and unpleasant.

Go there if you are not travelling alone! Accommodations are really good!

Meals: +Breakfast was excellent. There was every day some new dishes on the buffet and also regulars like different tape of cheese, mortadellas, Breads, jams, fruits etc. +Dinner was perfect as well. So many things to pick and every night plenty of new dishes! It was worth to pay €50 to get a half pension. +Regarding the huge quantity of guests, I saw the tables always full and have no problem to take things! Accommodations and Building: +Lobby and Restaurant were acceptable like 4 star hotel +Room was as excepted like pictures, we had a garden-sided with a big balcony, TV, hairdryer. +Pools were really great and neat +there was a VIP restaurant and an interior Bar and pool, which I didn’t try but sound fine! Staff and Reception: +/- Check-in 16pm and check-out 11am. +Reception are really friendly and speak in English fluently. -/+ Staff don't speak in English but trying to help as much as they can, which I appreciate. I expected that they talk better than I In 4-Star hotel in English! +There is a service beside reception, which we can book boat-tours and other entertainments easily and cheaper! Location: + takes 15 min. to go to the amazing Beach + Ton of restaurants and bars near the hotel + Bus station A11 direct to the airport + Bus station 104 and 105 to Palma in 5 min every 20 min and it takes 30 min to the city! The night programs start at 10 pm and late till 12 pm: +I was by Flamingo dance there and that was interesting and really amusing! +There was a kind of dance program 11 till 12 pm almost every night, which I really liked. Every one can go there and dance and enjoy! +The bar serves Cocktails, Wines, Bears in a really reasonable prices. 300 ml wine €3 and cocktails fast free!

-Drinks were not free and every time that I took a beer or cola, one of the staff came to me at the table and asked for €2! That was a bit crazy! And actually bothered me, because they can easily monitor it and take it at receipt by check-out! -Floors to the Room were old and dingy like a 2 Star hotel! -The Key of safe was not there -You should pay €40 extra for extension the time of check out till 18, if the flight is late. -Staff don't speak in English. I expected that they talk better than I In 4-Star hotel in English! -If someone needs to sleep early before 12, the noise of party are really annoying! - Bar attenders don't speak fluently in English, so that you're spouse to let them decide sometimes! - Some Programs are in native language and we need to sit and don't understand or leave hotel and walk till the program finished! Not Possible to sleep, till the program finished.

Nice, solid budget stay. The room was spacious and even included a sleeper sofa. Front desk staff is friendly.

Loud music from a party down by the pool continued till 11:30pm at night. I didn't mind as I slept late, and not sure if it was just a one-time event, but maybe something to be aware of.

The staff were very good and polite. Especially Debroh on reception

The coffee at breakfast is bad, comes out of one of those vending machines. Need to investigate getting better quality.
