Ogólnie było super.

Codziennie były wymieniane ręczniki. Fajny duży apartament.

Troszkę mały wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu. Niestety nie było sprzątane w pokoju.

We had a lovely time, pool was cold. Activities on all the time. Lots of hen and stag parties.

The property was very big and the rooms spacious.

The hotel is not easy to get around if you have mobility issues and there are no elevators and a lot of stairs.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Die Aussicht, die Lage, der Pool. Jeden Abend Programm, Heizung

Die Zimmer hatten hinter den Türen und unter den Betten Staubwolken. Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen sind immer auseinander gerutscht, so dass im Laufe der Nacht sich eine große Lücke gebildet hat.

L’esmorzar prou complet. Totes les persones que hi treballen esucadíssimes i fent-te sentir molt a gust.

Teniem uns veïns poc considerats amb la Musica i les rialles tant a la nit com a les 5 de la matinada que van tornar de festa.

Brilliant hotel, would definitely recommend

Ideal for young children.

5 min walk to the beach and main strip. Well maintained. Apartment cleaned daily. New towels and linen. If you have young kids there's a kid zone where they can be left for a few hours daily. Entertainment every day poolside and every night with shows and music and dancing.

A shortage of Parasols. Pool opened at 9am but sunbeds were being laid out at 5:30am. If you are down after 8am you'll struggle to get a sunbed. I watched towels being put on beds at 8/9am and not being used until 2pm. This is something the hotel needs to sort. And they were not Germans !!

Excellent location for a family vacation

Excellent location and fantastic entertainment crew. Overall good for a family vacation. Thanks to Cristian at the pool bar, who provided great service! Service at the reception was also good.

Cleaning could be better in the rooms and at the pool area. Many noisy groups at the hotel, but our room location was good and this didn't disturb too much. Service attitude could be better with some of the personnel (e.g. smiling would be nice).

Beautiful beach nice restaurants but accommodation only ok

Location excellent

Large groups of very young groups stay here for Magaluf nightlife including stag hen parties , can be very loud early hours of the morning

Always greeted with a smile. The place always looks clean. Staff are great. Day and night entertainment.

Too many groups of lads and lasses making noise when you're trying to sleep. Considering it's stated as a family hotel, it's not good enough. Towels seriously need changing, very faded, and too small.

Great position, easy to park for free around the building and easy ti walk to the bars/restaurants zone (15min). Kind staff, reception open H24.

We had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous pool and great rooms for the price. the staff were amazing! Especially the night security on reception! He was kind, professional and went above and beyond. The bar staff were lovely, too. Thank you so much! Joeleen

Hotel made our stay very enjoyable!

Kitchen was well-equipped. Nice common area, well-maintained greenery. A lot of inflatable toys available to use. Very nice and helpful service Interesting leisure activities run by cool entertainers.

A swimming pool lifeguard did not pay attention. He did not see when a child was drowning. After the stay hotel ignored our e-mail with the above information. Tapas were not available in the evening.

Good hotel with nice staff, and good location. Will stay again!

Very close to a nice beach, restaurants, and several bus lines. The pool in the hotel is also great and the activities organized for kids and adults every night are very nice.

The room is clean but there is a slight smell.

Very good

Good location, close to Palmanova beach. Beautiful garden. Decent beds and breakfast.

A little bit careless with cleaning the kitchen area, breadcrumbs were there for the whole stay, dusting and floors cleaning can be better.
