Czułam się bardzo komfortowo

Pobyt na początku października 2023 r: Hotel bezpośrednio przy brzegu morza, tylne wyjście bezpośrednio na plażę. Oddalony wystarczająco od imprezowej części miasteczka, przyjemny dla ludzi unikających głośnej muzyki i gwaru. Widok z pokoju i restauracji przepiękny. Wszystkie pomieszczenia hotelowe przestronne. Dwuosobowy pokój komfortowy, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Personel bardzo pomocny i przyjazny.

Buen hotel para descansar

Desayuno muy completo. Habitacion comoda con buena vista al mar. Piletas impecables. Excelente la atencion del personal.

No tiene parking, hay que pagarlo. Poca variedad para cenar, solo el buffet abierto por la noche.

Séjour parfait

Super séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Un personnel au top (réceptionniste/femme de ménage/monitrice de sport). Une literie confortable et un lit très grand. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Je vous recommande la chambre avec vue sur mer. Nous avons appréciés les 3 piscines (extérieurs). Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine intérieur. Le buffet était top, beaucoup de choix aussi bien le matin que le soir avec vue sur la mer. Le plus dur c'etait de choisir. Agréablement surprise le jour de l'anniversaire de mon conjoint l'hôtel avait laissé dans notre chambre des parts de gâteaux et du champagne. Des cours de sport sont proposés (aquabike, aquazumba...). Il y a un vrai sèche cheveux en chambre. Un arrêt de bus et un distributeur d'argent se trouve devant l'hôtel. Une multitude de restaurant et de boutiques à souvenir se trouve à quelques mètres. Les femmes de ménages passent tous les jours.

Pour le diner vous devez payer votre boisson grâce à votre bracelet (3€ la bouteille d'eau). Les réceptionnistes ne parlent pas tous français donc prévoyez vos questions (anglais, espagnol).

Relaxing, good cocktails, excellent staff and beautiful facilities

Pool was lovely especially the adullt only pool. woulod definetly recommend this to people. the food for breakfast was also great! The spa was lopvely although the proces were a bit steep for a basic experience, however still very enjoyable and the room and atmosphere was great! the pool was so lovely and the spaff tyere as well. the cocktails and payment systaem is great and i loved the ease of it. Beautiful facilities and location wa sgreat right next to beach

I have to say i was slightly dissapointed in the dinner buffet. i would have like to have had some traditional spanish cuisine. furthermore, i thought it was very disapointing that the one restuarant was closed on a Monday and no one informed me until the day. There need to be more pool chairs

Good resort overall with a focus on families.

Very good resort. Great for families. The kids club is superior with many activities throughout the day until 10:30 pm for kids up to 12. The sea/ beach water in front of the property is very dirty. The beach chairs are an extra cost and quite expensive which is a shame. Breakfast buffet is great. The bar restaurant is very inconsistent in quality and very expensive. But, you are literally steps away from so many restaurants on the boardwalk. Nikki beach is next door which is a bonus. There is a club similar to a lounge called the level. No one mentioned this or tried to upsell it which was a shame, but you can get this option if you upgrade to a suite. It’s probably worth it as all drinks and snacks are complimentary.

Transportation: renting a car for the day is very easy! But getting a cab is not easy and very stressful. Although the hotel staff will call and arrange, they cannot control that the one taxi company doesn’t always answer the phone. If you leave the property, they cannot help you get back. They did it have or offer a driving service other than the taxi.

comfortable enough but I would choose some where else next time

I asked to upgrade my room and had a lovely suite with a balcony and soaking tub 👍

You need to request to use the sauna. otherwise they don’t have it on. The pool in the spa is basically the children’s pool. all day children running in and out and screaming. The level snacks was just an all day candy bar - again really catering to children but I’m not sure the Children are paying for the level services or the spa so I think they need to change their policies a bit. Took ages to check in, reception was basically unresponsive if I needed to call for anything. Room service took 2 hours and was almost impossible to get through an order. This could be a staffing issue. main pool closes at 6pm and so does the spa. Really early when the sun doesn’t set for another 4 hours. A couple of thing’s broken in the room on arrival. mini fridge hot.

Superb

-Clean rooms. Everyday cleaning -good breakfast and dinner with amazing view -helpful stuff. I bombarded them with questions and requests because of force majeure and got help really quickly. -Kids club and evening entertainment like circus or magic show , cooking master classes and a lot of other activities. It was really good -Warm swimming pool inside -group trainings for adults . Yoga , Tabatha, cycling, aqua, gym -Live music every evening I definitely would recommend this hotels for families.

-I’ve sent 3 requests about shuttle before arriving and had no response. The reason might be in numerous taxis on the island and it easy to get it , but would be beneficial to get response anyway. - You can find stuff doing their job during the night, which is quite common for hotel businesses . But you might think they a too loud .

Beautiful but loud.

good location, decent food, access to beach and beautiful views

the air in our room would only blow extremely hot air, they couldn’t repair it, so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open at night. the walls are thin and you can hear very sound from adjacent rooms.

overall liked my room, view and the staff from melia calvia specifically

adult pool was amazing and the service was extraordinary

the way a staff member of the pool tried to change the prices of the pool beds and ask cash payments. I refused to pay with him and did not take the bed in the end because he had me running back and forth to staff asking if this was right

The cocktail hour at The Level. Excellent cleaning staff. Beautiful views. ( with the right room 414 ) The bed was very comfortable and pillows just amazing.

The HUGE TV in the window blocking the view. No sun on the balcony and uncomfortable deck chairs. Very loud hallways and constantly being woken up with the noise.

Great view from the balcony. I liked the hotel, I'm ready to come again. The staff is amazing, especially the guy at The Level reception! The food is good, but the breakfast lacked at least one type of porridge. The child was hungry. There is porridge at home in the morning, but there was none at the Hotel during the breakfast. Everything else was very good. Thank you The room is comfortable for 4 people. the animation is good, but it's bad that for limited hours! There are no children's zones in the hotel. There is a children's room with toys and a small plastic slide, but it is open by the hour and closed during the day. Create an area for small children to play with toys. Because the feeling that the hotel is set up for adults without children. In the evening, the children's room is open from 19:45, and children also want to play, you know. All high-class hotels have children's areas in constant access

there are no porridge during the breakfast. oatmeal will be enough

Nice and confortabile hotel

Very good location just in front of the beach and lateral from all restaurants ( better from noise point of view).We had a nice room with balcony having a fully view of sea, beach and sourroundings, very clean and confortable. Good selection of food in the morning with larger choice at The Level restaurant. Dinner lower than expectations.during the week days but better on the week ends. Entire hotel staff very nice and helpful.

It has to be known that sun beds belongimg to the hotel are located on concrete platform ( prices between 40 to 20 eur per sun bed) not on the sandy beach of the gulf so we had to move more at the west part. Then related to meals: no drinks included not even water and this is really not acceptable.. Limited numbet of parking places at location even at 20 eur per day

modern stylish value for money pools next to beach easy to get into centre kids club staff food the view electronic key card on wrist bands

some of the food was very spicy and it didn’t say so couldn’t give it to the toddler main bar was a bit slow choice of food in restaurants at lunch time was limited can never get a sunbed even in quiet time
