Amazing hotel, would recommend

Very pretty, great amenities, one of those hotels you don’t even need to leave during your trip. Right by the beachfront. Not far from the airport which is great. Food is excellent, best breakfast I’ve had on holiday and it’s until 11:00 everyday so you you’re not forced to wake up early!

No full length mirror in the rooms, we went early May which is probably not the best time to visit Mallorca as it’s still quite cold. The hotel doesn’t have central heating so we had to ask for a heater which helped. The hotel is on a strip of road with random touristy shops which aren’t so great (but this is the back of the hotel (still main road) which is fine) but you can live with it. Parking is EUR20/day at the hotel which is ridiculous but there’s free parking nearby so you can live with it. Jacuzzi and some amenities close early like 7:00 which isn’t ideal. The sound proofing in the rooms is not too great by the bathrooms from room to room . Our neighbour was throwing up all night and we heard everything and even the drunken loud talking.

Sehr zu empfehlen, top modern, lecker und aufjedenfall eine Reise wert.

Ein wundervolles Hotel, mit tollem Personal, direkter Strandlage und sehr leckerem Essen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir werden wieder kommen :)

Insgesamt ein sehr hübsches Hotel an tollster Lage, mit innovativen Ideen, nicht "Mainstream"!!

Ganz tolle Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten: ein Traum :-) Die Sicht aufs Meer: Grandios!

in der Lobby, dem Essraum, vorne beim Pool: praktisch "Dauerberieselung" mit Musik, die uns oft zu laut war. Nachdem wir einmal eine Bemerkung machten, hat man etwas leiser gestellt. Aber das war nur eine kurze Zeit so. Wenigsten während dem Frühstück war es eine Weile ruhig, oder mit leiser Musik. Wegen der "Dauerbelästigung" mit Musik (die oft auch nicht unserem Geschmack entsprach) haben wir auf Abendessen im Hotel verzichtet.

Wonderful Place

Breakfast was really good with lot of options. We had a wonder view of beach form our balcony. Location was really good, with supermarket, restaurants, beach, cash machine and bus stop within 5 minutes of walk.

We were not able to stream from our phone to the TV in room as TV did not had that option.

Super Hotel mit toller Aussicht am Morgen

Exzellentes Frühstück mit einer sehr großen Auswahl, welche auch täglich ein wenig verändert wird. Ein großartiger Frühstücksraum mit toller Aussicht zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Tolles freundliches Personal.

Väga super hotell !

Tõenäoliselt parim hotell Palmanovas. Personal oli väga sõbralik ja rahulik. Hotelli asukoht on super ja hommikusöögi ajal on mõnus päikesetõusu nautida kuna hotell on kohe rannas. Hommikusöök väga korralik. Puuviljade valik super.

Padjad ei meeldinud. Need kellele meeldib magada õhukese padjaga, siis sellist valikut pole. Kael jääb kangeks, kui pole harjunud paksema padjaga magama. Hotelli resto hinnatase on väga kõrge ja ka kokteilide hinnad on võrreldes teiste baaridega oluliselt kõrgemad. 14 eur kokteili eest on veits palju küsitud, aga selle eest on kvaliteet hea :) Basseinide vesi võiks olla soojem. Parkimiskohad on tänaval tasuta, aga neid pole võimalik leida, samas hotellil on parkimisala mille hind on väga kallis, rendiautoga liikujatel arvestage lisakuluga.

The beach is wasn’t beautiful as expected we arrived late so we didn’t find sun beds on the beach we tried to use the swimming pool area sun beds but there was none we waited for ours and we didn’t get the chance to tan or swim especially that our room wasn’t ready we lost the chance to tan

Good, but flawed

This will be a review of two halves, there’s the very good bits and the not-so-good (but not bad) stuff First the up-side. This a beautiful hotel, thoughtfully decorated with large rooms with an excellent view from our room 208 (see the attached photo.) The shower is excellent. The air-conditioning and ceiling fan perfect to fight back the heat. The bed is huge, if you want to forget there’s another person on holiday with you, this is the perfect hotel. The hotel borders the golden sands of Palmanova beach, and is so close to the sea you can stand in the water and still get a Wi-Fi signal from the hotel (I don’t know why you’d want Wi-Fi in the sea, but its there if you want.) The area around the hotel is almost flat, and perfect for anyone of restricted mobility, and full of bars and restaurants.

One odd feature of the hotel is that there is no reception, in place of this a number of young people waft around the entrance with tablet computers and radios. This works very well but does give the lobby area a curious lack of focus That was all the up-side, so what’s so wrong here? the music in the lobby is TOO LOUD. I realize that loud is a subjective term so here’s a working definition. If you can stand in the sea (perhaps using the wi-fi) with your eyes closed and still unerringly point to your hotel because of the racket coming from it, then the music is too loud. It wouldn’t be so bad if the music was chilled out and laid back, but instead its upbeat high energy tunes that make you want to get up, stride energetically across the room and turn the volume down. And then there’s food. The breakfast is a buffet with excellent orange juice, a vast array of fried things, yogurt and cereal. So far, so good. But then there’s the evening. Like some other reviewers we booked the half-board option, but somewhere between booking and arrival the hotel quietly cancelled the half-board option and took the restaurant seriously up-market. The usual half-board buffet was replaced by a subset of the full menu which provides three problems for the guest. First, the earliest time you can eat is 8:30. So if you wanted to eat before an early show then forget it. Second, the new half board menu is very restricted and you’ll find yourself eating the same items over and over (but if you want to try ‘squid with ink sauce’ its there for you to try.) Third, no one at the hotel seemed to know how to manage half-board! During our time at the hotel we were Given the wrong menu, and tried to charge us 136 euros for a meal Told we had to book (you don’t) Told the wrong time Had our booking cancelled without telling us (turns out we didn’t need a booking, but it would have been nice to have been told)

Beautiful hotel in great location

The room including the bed and airconditioning was excellent. The breakfast was great and the pool area really good including the pool bar and the plentiful sun lounges. The senior staff and client liaison people are outstanding as were the staff at the breakfast, cleaning staff and pool area staff. The location is absolutely ideal and near good restaurants and just across the raod from the beach.

The electronic check-in was cumbersome and should've been emailed to me 24 hours ahead of arrival not a few hours ahead of arrival when I was already on a plane. I saw many folk in the lobby struggling with it. The main complaint I would raise is in respect to the restaurant and evening bar area. The restaurant food was too expensive and way to fancy with salads that people like me with nut allergies could not eat and there was no more normal mains such as chicken, standard steaks etc. In the evening when trying to order drinks it took over 30 minutes to even get served and only after I raised hell to get some service. Given many clients are English speakers the grasp of English by the restaurant/bar staff in the evening was very poor - not good enough for a top hotel.

Amazing localization. Great restaurant and breakfasts. Clean and comfortable pool. Parking spot nearby. There is gym, spa and yoga room. A lot of space for coworking in the hall at ground zero. Totally will come back again

Maybe great in a few years time.

Very eager staff, good revamp of an old hotel block. Pool and spa amenities are good. The location is very close to the beach - so you can switch between pool and sea.

The location is rather loud during night time and not very upscale in comparison to the price range. Food is rather unhealthy, although very "authentic". The check-in and check-out process is self-service, so you need to do it by yourself. This didn't seem to be an improvement for us.

Relax in Paradise!

What an exceptional hotel, my first time staying at Innside and wow I have been missing out. Hotel was stunning, room great with terrace, two pools which were amazing and hotel right on the beach. The breakfast selection was insanely delicious and had so many options to choose from. Room itself was very clean and relaxing plus they stocked your mini bar each day (this is included) which was a very a nice treat! Really loved my stay and will absolutely be back if I'm back in the area, thank you very much :)

A place with a soul, love everything here. Free mini bar, welcome bottle of wine and gammon. Clean room and spacious, comfortable furnitures.

stunning location with the beach right on your doorstep, absolutely beautiful breakfast was amazing! complimentary mini bar was a lovely gesture interior design is well thought off, stylish, like the theme and love the fact that this is an adult only hotel! staff were very attentive has two pool areas

VIP Service all the way

I absolutely loved Innside by Cala Blanca. The location could not be more perfect, the beachfront view is beyond awesome. Me and my bf had the time of our lives at Innside, the restaurant was great, the staff superb, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. We had the half board with our stay and it was great, the food selection was awesome. The breakfast selection is outstanding and we looked forward to eating breakfast every morning while enjoying the view of the beach. I highly recommend getting a beachfront view to make your stay even more outstanding and add on the half-board as well. I'm already planning my next trip to Mallorca next year and I will be staying at Innside.
