The room was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating
The location was a little further from the city center, so that we had a long walk everyday, and to the bus stop to the airport.

Bed was great, clean.
Could hear a lot of hallway noise, could not adjust thermostat in room and was warm. Offered small fan. Cost.

Location is good. Close to other places to eat and get coffee. Walking distance to shopping and nightlife but not so close that it’s too loud or bothersome. Very clean room. That’s super important.
Breakfast options were good but staff kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for (coffee, extra napkins etc) they’re too busy for the crowd. Our room was in a newer part of the building where we had to walk up a flight of stairs walk across the complex and then go back down the stairs and all that for a parking lot view. If we had stayed longer I definitely would have asked for a closer room with a better view.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept and the room was to a lovely standard. We ordered breakfast to the room which was lovely but would not recommend the overnight oats!
The quality of the room service breakfast for the price - some elements were delicious but others were really basic and there was nowhere to serve ourselves (no plates etc).

The hotel it was booked with breakfast but I was told at arrival that I had to pay for breakfast separately which was not very nice.

Very nice clean property, in a great location by the canal and 10 mins walk into town. the room was lovely and the staff amazing. I had asked for early check in and though not promised they had a room for us at 10am. We also needed the business center to send some urgent work documents home and the staff were beyond helpful and friendly.
I did not see anything I didn’t like.

The location was superb! You'll likely get a room facing the canal. Also all the key sights including St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, Trinity College etc., all are in the vicinity of max 10 min ride,. There are numerous eating joints on the street, supermarkets, pharmacy, fuel pump, as soon as you get down.
The only issue would be for the parking space. They have very limited slots inside their premises, and is on first come first basis. You need to lucky enough to get a space inside, else you'll need to park it on the street with pay and display. Generally, it would be free from 6pm onwards until the next morning. Do plan to buy a ticket in advance through the app for the next day in the case you're doubtful of not waking up in the morning in time to get the parking ticket, to avoid the risk of car clamping.
