Friendly and helpful staff. Basic rooms but all that we needed.

Location was just ok. Poor public transport links however food eateries very close to hotel.

Goed bed. Voldoende slaapruimte. Vriendelijk personeel. Propere kamer. Voldoende gratis parking.

Ontbijt niet standaard inbegrepen. Douche en toilet aan de kleinere kant.

Hi it's lovely hotel and it's has everything u need that beside it staff were amazing but it be nice if u can give them a gift as give them box's sweets to share for all the staff for thanx but lady said they weren't allowed to take them but Ur staff were brilliant

Stayed overnight for a concert at hydro, nice 15 minute walk to hydro. Staff were very pleasant & polite, nothing was a bother for them, great price loved the late night pizza & continental breakfast had a good varied choice. Never heard any noise during the night.slept well. Later check out was a bonus 12 o clock. Quick lifts to floors. Would use this hotel again.

Only thing was the size of the bathroom, was a bit small but for the price I paid I cannot complain.

Although it was a very odd location, it felt very secure and was clean with a friendly staff member. We didn't have any issues and it was a great stopover on our way through the city.

It was a little out of the way to get to. We decided to walk which was fine but would have been harder with kids.

The location was good. It was an easy walk into town in good weather. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel with a regular bus into town. The site has a few places to eat, and a casino, bingo hall, and Hollywood bowl

The rooms were freezing. When we complained the room was very cold and the heating didn't seem to be working, we were told there isn't actually any heating in the rooms! What appeared to be the heating system/air con. Was in fact just a big fan blowing the room air around. The staff apologised and did bring an extra duvet, but said all the heaters were in use. They later brought us a heater after we asked to speak to the manager. We were told the manager wasn't back until Monday. The heater was dangerous as it had a fault and you had to wiggle the wire to get it to turn on. We tried to speak to the manager on the Monday morning, but apparently he was busy! The shower and toilet were extremely small, the shower head was broken so unless you could adhere yourself to the wall it was impossible to have a proper shower. When we complained about it as we checked out, the girl checking us out told us we should have complained sooner as they could have moved us to a different room. We pointed out that when we complained about the room on arrival we were told that the hotel was full and we could not change rooms. Good location, below basic room, not really that cheap considering how basic it is. No hairdryer, tea or coffee in the room, although it was available near reception, and you were allowed to take it to your room. The bar was a big glass fronted fridge with a limited supply of bottled drinks. Mainly soft drinks with extremely limited choice fo alcohol. Extremely disappointed overall although the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would not recommend staying here unless you are visiting in the warmer months or your budget really can't stretch another £10

The staff were helpful, bed comfortable, good shower, nice view.

I know this is a budget hotel but for over £90 per night I expected considerably better. It was a long way from the city centre on a cinema complex with few facilities nearby. Consisting only of floors 6, 7 and 8 of a car park building with a lift up from floor 0, its lift took ages to come and I felt unsafe waiting alone at the bottom. There was no kettle, not even a glass in the room. It was extremely cold and although I had received an email saying to ask for a heater if required, none was available and I sat wrapped in two duvets to keep warm the first night. The worst place I have ever stayed and definitely not worth £91.50 a night!

A clean and comfortable stay.

No brew facilities in room. Having stayed in other low cost accommodation this was quite surprising as it seems to be a fairly standard commodity. One of the lifts didn’t seem to be working correctly, not ideal if you are a bit nervous of them.

I liked the large free parking structure and available restaurants nearby. The water was always hot and a good pressure. The bed was comfortable.

The room felt like a women's prison. Stark, spartan, industrial.

The room was very compact but newly refurbished and made excellent use of a small space. Had everything needed for a short stay. Great shower, comfy bed, and good continental breakfast. Free parking in the building was a plus.

The bed was uncomfortable, swarms of flies outside window couldnt open window, toilet was small, sink in the room.

Staff was not cooperative and they did not help us arrange for the birthday party. They denied receiving our cake and denied candles and lighter.

A very good hotel with a good budget

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to motorway and good access to transport to the city centre.

Room was stiflingly hot, making sleep difficult.

Location was good, and free parking a definite plus! Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower.

Very minor points....but Could have done with a electric socket near to the bed. Shower gel was too thin, almost water-like.

Not much community space, so not enough space for breakfast - and the rooms are so small that you end up eating in your bed. It is rather a hostel than a hotel (from space in rooms and "charme" of the building) but without the community areas...

Without doubt the very worst experience I could imagine.

The whole experience was crap. So much we were on our phones within 10 minutes looking to book elsewhere. Thankfully we arranged a hotel much better for our group.

Tv in room did not work. Sink was smelling after turning water off.

Great basic hotel. We were the farthest from the elevator so quiet.

Suite layout a little difficult with teens as the shower is in the main suite with only a frosted door, no dry place to stand and dress. Toilet room tiny, knees touching the wall. No fan unless you wanted heating as temps were below 20C so the note on the thermostat said the fan system was designed to heat the air if the outside temp was below 20c
