الحسنه الوحيده المدير شاروخان فقط !!! مبتسم متعاون جدا لطيف و محترم . و موظف الكفي الي تحت 👌🏻 Thank u mr Shahrukhkhan ur the only good thing in the hotel .

حرفيا فندق سيء قديم جدا ، ما اعرف ليه مايهتمون فيه و يرممونه! الاثاث قديم جدا و الغرفه ضيقة و السرير غير مريح المخده كثير عاليه و قاسيه و ازعاج من الغرفه المجاوره هذا وبينا جدار مو باب ! ، الحمام قديم و القزاز فيه أملاح و الحديد صدا و رائحة سيئة ، ستارة الغرفه قديمه جدا جدا لدرجة متقطعه الشمس يطلع منها !! اتصل كم مره على الروم سيرفس ترد الموظفه بس ماتوصلني للمطبخ ولا المطبخ يرجع يتصل فيني ! خسارة الموقع و خسارة الفلوس فيه ما انصح احد ينزل فيه و الاسواء الي ياخذ الشنط موظف طويل ، مستفز و طيّح شنطتي من الأعلى وفيها اغراض قابله للكسر رفض قبل يعطينا الشنط إلا بالتاق وهوا عارف شكل الشنط ، و رفض يخلي الشنط عنده لين الرحله قال ندفع 50 ! كنت اتمنى اخد اسمه و اشتكيه 👌🏻اول مره اتعامل بهدا السوء للأسف ولو في تقييم صفر اعطيهم 🤚🏻

Location, lifts have a great view

Missing items from the room, TV remote not functioning. Unclear checkin experience and the requirement for deposit when there is no mini bar, 40mins to deliver a dental kit, noisy neighbours. Chef messed up my order and wanted me to take it even though I had repeated to not have the eggs flipped

El peor hotel en el que estuvimos en dubai no lo recomiendo para nada

Ascensores lentos, mucho ruido en las noches, las tarjetas para entrar a la habitación se dañan cada ratico la verdad te recomiendo que busques otra opción no te dejes llevar por el precio, te piden que dejes un depósito y si lo pagas dicen que te llega en dos días más nunca llega.

Very convenient location

I really liked the location - we stayed here at the latter part of our trip. I did this deliberately so that we would be closer to the Burj Khalifah, Dubai Mall and the airport. It worked perfectly we were in walking distance of the Dubai Mall and it only took us 15 mins to get to the airport. Our room was adequate for what we needed - comfortable bed to sleep on comfortable pillows, clean room, clean bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good nothing extraordinary but definitely did the job well. The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location.

The pool was out of use which we were aware of before we booked and the hotel did have alternative arrangements in place for its guests. The hotel is a very tall building so the only downfall was the wait time for the lifts out of three one was out of use so it increased the wait time even more. But during quite times like the night we didn't need to wait long.

Good stay

Very Good hospitality

Hotel to cascade the prompt updates to all 3rd party agents. Because hotel's swimming pool was under maintenance, through booking.com this Information doesn't appeared. Families especially with kids more interested for swimming pool access to enjoy at hotel permises itself.

Could be better, could be worse. Okay for a short stay, but definitely not for more than 2-3 nights.

The hotel is relatively well located in Business Bay (c. 15' walk from the Dubai Mall). The room was relatively spacious athough significantly smaller than the previous one I had.

Unlike last time, I had a room with a view on the highway... Despite being quite high, I could hear the cars all night. If you are not a deep sleeper, forget about this side of the hotel. The wifi did not work very well this time. Getting my laundry was a bit of a drama and it took 4 days to finally be told that it needs to be paid separately (who does that???). The pillows were rock hard and the light of the wifi box was flashing all night, preventing me from sleeping.

09 days Stay

Very clean room. Every day, they clean the room with clean towels. Beds comfortable. Car parking: quiet, private, Good supporting staff: While arriving and at the check-out desk, Mr. Mohammd, the manager, was very polite and respectful. He gave us a very warm farewell and wished us a safe flight. Also, good service: we were able to borrow swimming pool towels to use on the beach! Also, ironing boards and irons were available.

Allt blev kass med vår vistelse när vi inte kunde bada o sola som är halva semestern.

Frukosten var torrt bröd och torr ost,bacon var ingen höjdare och dåligt med pålägg.

Vi fick inte besked om poolen som var stängd.Fick sitta i baren och få lite sol,katastrof semester helt förstörd.

Don’t ever go to this hotel again

Nothing very bad service

All actually service use very bad , room service didn’t clean the room. We made check in and the room was so dirty actually!! It’s not cheap comparing to the price , The food was very bad disgusting and people working are not friendly and aggressive

Hotellet var uselt på grund utav personalerna, annars var det bra plats med bra rum.

Nära centralt, nära till allt det var bra plats.

Mycket dålig service. Mycket dåliga personaler. Fick inte den hjälp man skulle få som en kund. Personalerna var inte medhjälpare.

во первых там холодно внутри, неприветливый персонал и решают простые задачи очень долго приходилось их ждать возле ресепшена. Номера грязные особенно душ там были разводы непонятные и чьи то волосы. Из за того что душ был грязный я даже не хотела там мыться

Good location

The staff was great and helpful and location was really close to dubai mall.

The pool wasn't usable because the heater wasn't working. The room was too cold for me, 21 degrees, the heat option was not working as well. The view from the room wasn't that great from our room, but that's subjective.

I will never come back

The room appeared unkempt with stains on the seats. I requested an iron and ironing board, but the provided iron was heavily soiled, and its surface was marred with black stains. Sleep was disrupted around 2:00 am due to excessive noise. Additionally, the room's placement near the elevators contributed to an unfavorable location. The dissatisfaction extended to the breakfast experience, as it was below expectations. The overall quality and variety of the breakfast options were disappointing, contributing to an overall negative stay.

الموقع جيد ولاكن كثير الازدحام بسبب الملاهي الليليه و لا انصح بان يستأجرونه عوائل

الغرفه كلها بلاط ولم يتوفر فيها سجاد وتم اخذ تامين بمقدار 200 درهم ولما سالت الموظفه لماذا والغرفه لا يوجد فيها اي شي في الثلاجه أخبرتني بان التامين للأثاث ولم يعجبني طريقه ردها لي .. وفي تسجيل الخروج اخبرني الموظف بان أقوم بكتابه تعليق جيد في الموقع وهذا ليس من اختصاص احد
