Location close to Dubai Marina

To wait. To wait at breakfast. To wait at pool. To wait at towles. To wait at reception. To wait at checkout. inconceivable distribution of deckchairs on the beach. One on top of the other without a millimeter of space. Number of guests exceeding the number of deckchairs resulting in problems. Absurd for a 5 star hotel.

Great location. Rooms were average and beach and pool too busy

The location of this property was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't very good and the beach and pool had no free sun beds and was very busy.

Dla lokalizacji warto ale liczyć sie trzeba z tym, że nie jest to nowy hotel...

Hotel dobrze położony, 50m do plaży, fajne miejsca do relaksu z możliwością oglądania na ogromnym ekranie np. meczów. Śniadania urozmaicone. Spacerkiem do Mariny i pobliskich atrakcji kilka minut.

To już kolejna wizyta w tym hotelu w tym roku ale pomimo wyśmienitej lokalizacji, hotel ma swoje lata, zwłaszcza łazienki to pokazują... ale tragedii nie ma. Wpłaciłem depozyt i nie mogę sie doprosić zwrotu !!!! mało leżaków na plaży a po ręczniki punkt 8:00 bo później z leżakami może być problem.

Ich würde das nächste Mal definitiv in ein anderes Hotel.

Die Lage sofort am Strand sein zu können.

1. Gebuchter Preis wurde immer teurer!!! Habe insgesamt 160 CHF mehr bezahlt! Katastrophe! 2. Obwohl das Hotel teurer wurde, mussten wir bei Ankunft eine Karte hinlegen!!! 3. Man durfte sich nicht anziehen wie man möchte! Dubai hat NICHTS mehr mit Islam zu tun, ihr habt euch verkauft liebe Araber! 4. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, es gab jeden Tag das gleiche.. Keine Erdbeeren etc. 5. Zimmer wurde nur dekoriert bei Trinkgeld, traurig.. 6. Wir haben Meerblick gebucht und haben 1/4 vom Meer gesehen! 7. Es gab nicht immer Frische Tücher

Местоположение отличное, широкие кровати и удобные матрасы, мягкие подушки пуховые, что большая редкость для отелей. Обычно кинут твердую из волокна. Тихие кондиционеры с индивидуальным пультом на стене! Хорошая шумоизоляция, выспались.

Кофе на завтраке хорошего качества ждать долго, а из кофе машины какая то пародия, вороны на улице воруют еду из тарелок, ну и конечно шок от платных напитков на ужин! ВНИМАНИЕ! Купив ужин, вы сможете брать на шведском столе только еду, а вот вода, кофе и чай жесть платные! Это шок!!!! Бутылочка воды 0,5 стоит 25 долларов! Ужин не берите, рядом 1000 ресторанов с разнообразной кухней за те же деньги, но еще и с видами и шоу!

Gute Erholung trotz einiger Ungereimtheiten

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal und ein schöner Strand.

Viel zu wenig Platz am Pool und am Strand. Jeden Tag, besonders Nachts steht der Verkehr rund um das Hotel. Wir brauchten mit dem Auto für die letzten 500 Meter zum Hotel oft mehr als 20 Minuten. Die Duschen liefen in beiden Zimmern nicht richtig ab. Die meisten Zimmer (alle Zimmer zur belebten Westseite) sind Nachts unfassbar laut und nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu benutzen. Individuelle Wünsche welche wir mehrfach im Vorfeld schriftlich geäußert hatten, wurden programmmäßig ignoriert. An der Rezeption beim Einchecken dann nur Achselzucken. Auch wurde uns einfach mehr Geld (gute 20%) für die Zimmer in Rechnung gestellt. Auf unsere Reklamation hin sagte man uns nur, wir sollten uns an Booking.com wenden. Auch bekamen wir bei der Anreise als erstes die schlechtesten Zimmer im Hotel. Erst auf unsere heftige Reklamation hin bekamen wir dann die gebuchten Zimmer. Und das bei fast 1000 € pro Nacht.

the room was more than we expected. It was very clean and overall a gret hotel. We hope to go back again and next time hopefully get a similiar room with a sea view

Very disappointing. Not a Hilton standard by far. Last time stayed in this hotel

Location, is the reason why we re-booked this hotel for the family stay

1. Room service, room is humid and have a humidity smell. 2. Room service. Room was not cleaned for 1 consecutive day 3. Lack of control from the outside operational staff. People dropping towels booking the slots next to the pool without being present there for hours 4. So called executive facility is a complete disaster in terms of food quality offered

Beste Lage am JBR, Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen ist aber stets bemüht und freundlich

Perfekte Lage am JBR mit direktem Strandzugang, große Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal

Tische und Stühle im Frühstücksraum waren ganz schön speckig. Liegen Situation am Pool war grenzwertig. Da der Pool vom Hilton Hotel auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße saniert wurde, war unser Pool sehr voll, es wurden bereits beim Frühstück Liegen reserviert - der Pool Lifeguard hat versucht ungenutzte Liegen wieder frei zu räumen.

Jäin väga rahule.

Suurepärane hommikusöök, meeldivad administraatorid, kes leidsid alati sobiva laua. Toateenindus oli väga meeldiv, ka rannas oldi väga tähelepanelikud.

Saades viimasel päeval arve, leidsin, et sinna oli lisatud kaks rannabaari Wavebreaker teenust summas 590+150 dirhamit (ca 185 eurot), mida mina ei tarbinud. Hotelli administraator kontrollis kviitungeid ja parandas kohe vea. Samas kui ma ise poleks kontrollinud, oleks olnud vale arvestus. Õhtusöögi ajal oli ka vesi tellitav ja tasuline.

Stanza non insonorizzata

È la quarta volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. La posizione è ottima con accesso alla spiaggia diretto.

Ho richiesto una camera silenziosa come di consueto, ma mi è stata assegnata una camera con una porta comunicante chiusa. Si sentivano i rumori e le conversazioni della famiglia della stanza accanto. La prima notte ho dovuto chiedere di smettere di urlare e di tirare oggetti contro la porta comunicante.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit perfekter Lage für Stadt- und Strandurlaub

Das Hilton Jumeirah Beach Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage für die Kombination aus Strand- und Stadt Urlaub. Es liegt direkt am Meer mit hoteleigenem Strand und fußläufig 10 Minuten zur Tram und damit zum Metro Anschluß. Das Hotel Personal in allen Bereichen war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer mit Balkon hatte Blick auf das Meer und war sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet; sehr vielfältig mit einer großen Auswahl an Eierspeisen.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und haben dafür das Abendessen in Anspruch genommen. Das Buffet war sehr gut aber auch sehr eintönig. Die Auswahl und die Qualität des Essens war vielfältig und sehr gut; zu kritisieren ist lediglich, dass es jeden Abend fast das Gleiche Essen gab. Auf unsere Frage warum das so sei wurde uns erklärt, daß dies aufgrund des Ramadan so sei. Wir haben Respekt und Hochachtung vor der Landes Religion und den Regeln des Ramadan; allerdings verstehen wir diese Reglementierung nicht ganz, weil es in den anderen Restaurants des Hotels auch eine andere Auswahl gab. Ja, wir konnten die Halbpension auch dort nutzen, aber nur unter Anrechnung von 100 Dirham was immer zu Aufzahlungen führte.

You must go...

The positions, JBR walk way it's a place where to be in Dubai. Probably for business it's not the best but because of JBR I was able to mix work and relax

Maybe the hotel it's a bit older than the standard of JBR but this is nothing if you think that you are in a Hilton hotel with the Hilton standard services and in an amazing location. So, all good for 99%

Super! Sehr schönes Hotel

Die Lage ist exzellent, direkt am Strand auf der einen Seite, und am Walk auf der anderen, für mich ideal. Buffet im Oceana ist herausragend gut, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ top. Zimmer sind gut, Betten sehr bequem, Aussicht vom Balkon wunderschön aufs Meer und das Ain. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Kausila von der Vero Skybar, ein super Kellner, und Mosharof vom Front Office, der einem bei allem hilft was man so braucht.

Zur jetzigen Saison war es stets sehr voll am Strand und Pool, aber das ist normal.

Try other hotel

Room was resdy earlier. Stuff was super nice everywhere. Room was clean and fresh, but there was dust on lamps and beds upper side. Breakfast is ok. Pool too. Overall it is good, but has lot of shortcomings.

It was a great hotel back in times, but now it is just meh. There is really nothing changed in 10 years. The room is old, coridors has smell. Balconies are so old, door are in rust. The stuff doesn't care about the dust. It was raining outside of the building and in it. I saw stuff in spa putting towels and basins to collect water. There is only 1 pool outside. No toothbrush kit. The light bulb didn't work.

Hôtel parfait qui allie bonne localisation , plage privé

Bien placé, accès une belle plage privé , très belle chambre je conseille les chambres avec vue partielle mer , petit balcon bien sympathique , jolie chambre confortable et belle salle de bains douche moderne !

Nice relaxing time.

Clean, comfortable and a short walk into town.

Allowing locals to stay at the weekend. Pool and beach were packed . Could Hardly find anywhere to sunbath. Monday was back to normal which was great. Also charging for water in the restaurants was unbelievable and in poor taste. A jug of tap water would have been nice.
