Location
Dear Ritz-Carlton team,
I've stayed with you more than twice, so I was honestly surprised by this visit.
I paid for lounge access, but breakfast wasn't served there. We were sent to the main restaurant, which was crowded, with a long queue and a long wait. The lounge only opened afterwards.
What hurt most was how my wife and children were treated by staff. It was not the care or respect any family should receive, let alone at the Ritz.
It felt like the hotel saved on operations at the guests' expense. That's not what I paid for.
Sadly, this was my worst stay with you, and I won't be coming back.
