Mariel – Front Desk: Your exceptional kindness, warm hospitality, and professionalism made our anniversary celebration truly special. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful efforts in creating such beautiful memories for our family.
Beshoy – Pool & Beach Team: A heartfelt thank you for your remarkable hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care toward me and my children. Your kindness and helpfulness made our family experience even more enjoyable.
Restaurant Team – Mohamad, Chief Homos, Christy, Sarah, Zenab, and Carolyna: Thank you for your endless patience, beautiful smiles, and wonderful attention to our children, Hanan and Khaled. Your kindness, delicious food, and warm service made every dining experience special. Our children absolutely loved every moment!
What truly makes a five-star hotel exceptional is its people, and your team demonstrated hospitality at its finest.

We had a fantastic stay at Al Habtoor Grand Resort. We were looking for somewhere near the marina where we could enjoy the beach, a good swimming pool and a pool bar, and this resort delivered exactly that. The property was beautifully presented, very clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a few days in Dubai. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

I checked in at around 2:00 AM, already exhausted, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet near the door leading outside was visibly damp, and both the blanket and bed sheets felt damp to the touch. In addition, there was a persistent musty, mold-like smell throughout the room.
As a result, I was only able to sleep for a few hours before waking up and being unable to continue resting due to the discomfort.
This falls far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Cleanliness, proper maintenance, and basic guest comfort were clearly not upheld. Such conditions are not only unpleasant but also raise concerns about hygiene.
I expect the hotel management to take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate response or resolution.
