Great location , modern rooms , good size, amazing views , attentive staff
The lifts are a bit small and difficulty accessing during busy breakfast times

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location was brilliant and the hotel itself was beautiful. The suite we stayed at, had an amazing balcony view and the room was spacious.
The elevators were a bit of a problem. Limit to 3 and due to the size and the time they took to open, we were often waiting for an elevator for a while. Especially during busy times such as breakfast and evening times.
The housekeeping was slightly slack, especially in the bathroom, such items such as used toothbrushes were left on the floor for 3/4 days without being removed.
