Fantastic breakfasts. The comfiest, softest bed we've ever stayed in - didn't want to get out. Great facilities for adults and kids. Can't wait to come back!
Nothing, they couldn't have given us a better stay. We checked in for 1 night and stayed 5 - enough said!

This is what a resort should be like. Exceptional surrounds, grand reception area with quality enhancements, big modern well maintained room with fantastic views of the resort grounds. In this case the golf course with a view which created a sense of relaxation and peace. A real environment to relax. Not too far from the stadium where our event was taking place and a comfortable travel time to the bigger Gold Coast experiences.
Not much to not like. Possible transport to surrounding venues might be an enhancement and I must admit to getting lost trying to find the car park, but nothing serious to consider.

The pool is great with three water slides! Great for kids to play. Water temperature is great! Love the heated spa as well. Kid had a great time there. Breakfast is also great. There was Reno going on near the breakfast but the impact is minimum. I couldn’t nearly hear the sound although there is a letter to inform us of the work. Overall, I can see the hotel is making excellent effort to provide a good experience for the customer. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely come back.
Nothing.

A lovely, peaceful place. After being catfished on a different property, it was relieving to come and stay here, where the rooms are as good irl as in the pictures.
The balcony was slightly dirty, so I refrained from stepping out onto it, so as not to bring dirt back into the room. Probably difficult to avoid, being an outdoor area.

Well thought out for families. Great facilities etc.
Walls can be unexpectedly thin (can hear a rowdy family next door to our suite) and so are the big doors to the balcony (can hear traffic unexpectedly so). At the swimming pools there were teenage boys that were quite rough to the young kids in the junior pools. I think this needs to be monitored more by staff.

The service from everyone at the resort was brilliant and made us feel so welcome!!
Loved having the free rein of the resort, loved that we didn't even have to leave if we didn't want to.
I wish there was a pool/snooker room for more entertainment, or maybe even an entertainer-live music etc. This would have just topped the stay off.

everything was there, no need to leave if you didn’t want to
the only observation was dirty plates, cans & bottles on empty tables around the pool that had not been cleared and the birds were having a feast. Staff need to be more attentive to hygiene & clean tables instead of talking to each other.
