Relaxing stay at comfortable lodgings in a quiet location on the Gold Coast, gorgeous views.

Pool area was fantastic, apartment and balcony view were lovely and the staff were really nice. it was also really quiet at night, unlike Surfers Paradise.

Location - not walking distance to shops, food or alcohol.

The property was well furnished and clean. It was well mainly

1) I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. I stayed in room nuo309.They promised free unlimited Wi-Fi. But there was no Wi-Fi at all initially. Even though instructions were provided to activate, it didn’t work. I called the Help desk number given for the Wi-Fi troubleshooting. The guy tried for almost one hour finally could get the Wi-Fi on my mobile. But still the TV couldn’t be connected to Internet. The help desk guy tried for another 30 mins and finally gave up. The very next day again the Internet vanished . I immediately sent a mail to the hotel email id. Didn’t get any reply till I checked out. Luckily had sufficient data in my mobile, so was able to stay connected. So friends who plan to stay here , come don’t get carried away with unlimited Wi-Fi. Have sufficient mobile data . 2) I stayed with my family comprising of my wife and two kids. The bathroom /toilet couldn’t be locked from inside. Even though the door had an inbuilt lock, but it was not working. So whenever we wanted to use the toilet, we had to take out our singing skills so that nobody entered it accidentally while we were using the toilet. It was so embarrassing.

just needed a bit more attention to detail when cleaned glass backsplash was very streaky and needed a good vacuum

Pleasant

location and view was great

was not clean at all. white pet hairs were everywhere. dirty sheets and toilets. property manager was nice took the feedback and apologized when we were checking out.

A very enjoyable few days

The location was spot on! The view from the apartment was lovely. The size of the room and the modern quality was fantastic and the pool area was beautiful and clean.

Some globes were blown in the apartment and more basic amenities could have been included i.e. toilet paper, tissues, dishwashing detergent, towels, tea towels etc

We had an amazing time staying here. It was beautiful and peaceful, right across the road from the water which is where

we loved everything, it was nice and peaceful but also close to everything!

Was clean and spacious Free parking that's a plus when your there a few days every thing in the appt you need

Nice, quiet location close to Harbour Town and the beach.

The air-con didn’t work and the room was very hot at night. Couldn’t sleep until morning but otherwise not a big deal.

The location was fantastic, close to every thing we needed. The view was absolutely amazing and spectacular to wake up to every morning. The apartment was spacious for a family of five!

housekeeping was only every 8 days and only made the beds and gave us clean towels. Did not clean the floors and a hair brush went missing.

Superb

Great location with excellent water views from the apartment. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids to move around. Kitchen facilities were modern with all cutlery and utensils supplied. We had a spacious balcony and comfortable outdoor seating with a table. Heated outdoor pool and spa were well maintained and very clean. Close to theme parks and shopping centres. We had a fantastic family holiday.

Amazing view, apartment well set up and easy to keep clean. The enclosed deck with shutters you could open up was great. There was so much space. The pool and outdoor area was ideal, altough this trip didn't have time to use it. We would definately stay again.

The bathroom could have had a better shower screen, it was hard to keep water offf the floor, a non slip mat would be great.

Fantastic place to stay.

Apartment on the 9th floor looking straight out over the lagoon to the ocean. Was away from the Hussle of Surfers Paradise and short walk to fantastic restaurants. Will be back :)

Nothing to not like, everything was there and if not the staff were very quick to sort.

Best stay ever!

The property was beautifully clean, the reception staff were friendly and professional, the apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, even a wine fridge! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect - out of the hustle and bustle of the huge Gold Coast high rises.

I enjoyed my stay, I would have stayed longer if room had been available.

Good water views, waking to sunrise visible from main bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Clean, modern. Kitchen well equipped. Large kitchen, lounge, dining area.

no coffee maker or plunger. very limited supply of dish washing liquid/ dishwasher powder and laundry detergent only single sachets of each. only 2 rolls of loo roll. no cleaning products provided.
