We like everything from the very spacious room and a very comfy bed and pillows and the complete amenities. The view was amazing and my daughter loves every single day we stayed looking out the window. We stayed overlooking where they set up the Gold Coast show carnival so it was amazing to see the fireworks every night. It is also very close proximity to Seaworld theme park as well as the Movieworld theme park.
The only thing is that the dryer in the room we stayed in was not working so was not able to dry our swimmers quickly. But its not a deal breaker, I'm sure if I have reported it it would have been fixed.

Location suited reason for our stay.
Room was clean. Good view,
Lifts were hopeless. 15min wait to get down to lobby is a joke.
Stated check in was 3pm, arrived at 315pm only to be told room not ready..along with multiple other guests. Was 430pm before room provided. Did offer 11am checkout, however thats not the point
