The facilities, cleanliness and comfort was great and a nice way to end my trip. The location is very close to Jodd Fairs which was a main reason for booking.

I understand why it is done but it was a shame that the A/C came off when the key card was taken out. After a sweltering day it would of been lovely to come back to a cool room. I felt a little out of place there, perhaps a little judged as I perhaps was not the usual type of guest. Probably coming across as more of a backpacker! I would return to the hotel if I wanted to be in the same area but it wouldn’t be a first choice. Perhaps a better option for couples. It felt strict about not smoking in the building but there was always a strong smell of cigarette smoke on my floor.

Good location, pool and view. The room had everything that we need: control panel (light, air conditioning, etc), full-size hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Hotel is very close to the MTR with shopping and outdoor markets very close.

Check in and check out was the slowest I have ever experienced. The rooms are a bit shabby and are in need of refurbishment. The laminate on our room door was peeling off! Staff were not very helpful at reception. Asked them to call a large taxi for us and was told to book myself via grab app. Grab does not ask for specific s and as there were 5 of us with bags we really needed a van. Not what you expect from a large hotel.

Clean, staff were personable and friendly, very good water pressure. Stayed there for a couple of days before flight home from BKK airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff sometimes is distracted playing on phones vs taking care of the customers. Electrical plugs in rooms need an update and need to be closer to the bed

The breakfast was very good, the rooms also comfortable and we loved swimming every day. the staff were responsive in every way. we were glad to stay again after several years had gone by since we had been in the hotel

We were disappointed when we returned to the hotel after a late cinema showing around 11 p.m to learn that room service, in-room dining ended at 9:30 p.m. We, as a result had no food for an evening meal. The movie had played for 3 hours and we did not expect that but assumed tha the advertised "ALL DAY DINING" in the information sheets meant through the night also... This is a strange situation for a busy hotel that attracts a lot of tourists near a very busy shopping area and close to the BTS...So we went to bed hungry, which should never happen in Bangkok, fabled tourist destination. We had never experienced this in all our years in Asia, except, of course during the pandemic's peak years..... December 2022 was not one of those years....Please improve this. Staff were apologetic and they said that they have to deal with many guests who experience the same disappointment and they would also like to change this policy.
