Good views, quiet place.

Great location, spacious, well appointed.

The ac in the one bedroom and living room not powerful enough for the intense heatwave. However we are used to great ac and the staff did more than enough to help fix the situation.

A superb location for your Florence adventure!

The apartment was an excellent location - just around the corner from accademia gallery and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of hanging space and the balcony was a welcome outside space. The area was quiet but a short walk around the corner, there were super coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful.

The kitchen area is compact however this didn’t affect us as there are lots of lovely places to eat! You can walk from the train station quite easily, but with bags - would be better to hail a taxi on your arrival.

The place to bring your family!

The beds were so comfortable. The bedding was the nicest we've had in an apartment. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and the extra soaps and shampoos really made the stay so comfortable. We were much later at check-in and I felt terrible but they were so kind about it. Communication was fast and clear. And having the elevator for the 3 floors up with bags was awesome. The location is spectacular and quiet. Easy walk under 5 minutes to see Michelangelos David and the whole city is so walkable. Close to the bus. Totally secure. Can't wait to come back

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Florence

Amazing location, the photos do not do this apartment justice! The apartment felt like a home, everything you need for a week if not longer. We loved sitting on the balcony at night with a glass of wine in the evenings.

Nothing - we want to move in permanently!

everything, the apartment was clean, the location really good and the neighborhood is quiet.

the bed of the second floor. it is a sofa-bed, that sounds a lot and the mat was not so comfortable.

lovely place

very friendly staff, the location of the accomodation it’s central, nearby Dom, restaurants, bars/pubs. we were a group of 6 person and we had a lovley stay. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom at the first floor and one bedroom with his own bathroom at the second floor. the accomodation have all the stuff that you need. (iron, hairdryer etc)

Sunny apartment with lovely balcony

It's a beautiful sunny apartment in a very lovely building. 2 spacious room (one with a very lovely balcony looking over the courtyard) and 2 very clean bathroom. We really enjoy the living room with spacious kitchen. And there's also a washing machine. We love it!

A pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. It consists of a large kitchen/sitting room and dining area. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, one of which opens onto a small balcony, though the view is limited. The toilet/shower room is clean and modern. There is a washing machine under the stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a sofa bed and a pleasant en suite bathroom - although one has to mind one’s head when entering and exiting the bathroom, as the door is rather low (I think anyone above 170cm in height would be in danger of banging their head.) Our host was very friendly and efficient and full of helpful information about Florence. Checking in and out was seamless.

An electric kettle and microwave would have been convenient. No mirror in the bedroom next to the balcony. The bed in the upstairs room, which is a sofa bed, isn’t particularly comfortable.
