Ottima posizione ma non ci tornerei

La comunicazione con il personale e il modo di fare il check in

Molto contraddittorio l annuncio con l’effettiva posizione. Non avevo capito che le strutture ne erano diverse ed ero convinta di averne prenotata una diversa. L’appartamento è un po’ datato ci sono macchie non identificate vicino al vetro del bagno e alcuni muri sono tutti sgretolati. Pezzi di ferro in corridoio che sbucano dalle pareti che se non ci stai attento ti fai male e zanzare morte spiaccicate sulle pareti delle porte. In una stanza mancava la tv. Ah e il divano letto.. orribile. Si alzava dalla parte dei piedi quando avevamo la testa appoggiata sul cuscino. Un po’ di polvere qua e la sulla cucina e sui mobili e la tavola della cucina era molto rovinata.

Da localização do imóvel.

Do estado do apartamento (com luzes coloridas do banheiro estragadas, aquecedor ruim, cortinas sujas, banheiro muito pequeno e sem local para sabonete e shampoo, travesseiros velhos e ruins). Além disso, pedi apartamento sem escadas e um dos dois apartamentos reservados era no 3o andar sem escadas.

Big apartment in awesome location

We stayed in the Anita apartment and were amazed at the sheer size of it. It was in a great position- a short walk from the train station, and close to restaurants, shops and an easy walk to the main tourist sights. The apartment was very and well equipped- my and I family really enjoyed our stay.

The fireplace looks lovely but it's not useable, which was no biggie but would have been nice. There is a bar opposite the apartment so one night, people were a little loud, but is wasn't bad enough to stop my kids sleeping.

Dificuldade para abrir as portas. E aluguei um apartamento num endereço, mas me colocaram num outro endereço diferente da reserva, em frente ao constava da reserva, no terceiro andar e sem elevador, enquanto que no outro endereço havia elevador.

Recommended to stay

It was in a very good close to the center location. Everything was clean and nice. We stayed 6 people in the apartment and it was ok.

The shower room needs a bit of fixing...

Jeg kan kun anbefale den her lejlighed. Der er elevator i opgangen, men den brugte vi kun da vi skulle have vores kuffer

Lejlighedens placering er PERFEKT, og især til prisen! Lejligheden er stor og der er dermed rigelig plads. Vi rejste 5 piger, og det var rart at lejligheden var så stor som den var. Der var to badeværelser og de var begge rigtig store, begge to med både badekar og almindelig bruser, virkelig dejligt.

Det eneste der var galt, var at fryseren ikke kunne lukke, det vil sige den kunne vi ikke bruge. Derudover var der på det ene badeværelse noget sort beskidt på trægulvet, så hvis man ville tørre gulvet efter at man havde været i bad, blev ens håndklæde helt brunt/sort af den plet på gulvet. Den sidste ting var, at vi havde lidt svært ved at åbne døren til at starte med, vi havde faktisk problemer med at komme ind i lejligheden de første par gange, men til sidst fik vi det. Bare lidt en åndsvag dør.

Totally disappointed. We travelled through Italy, Florence was our 4th and worst rental.

This apartment rental was total disappointment due to deceptive management practices, bait and switch. Also apartment needs major repairs and improvements. At almost $400.00 a night you would expect much more.

Let’s start with a clean bathroom, walls receiving a fresh coat of paint, repairs to doors in bedrooms, new living room coach, 4th floor walk up not easy, a new management company and an overhaul of kitchen area. I reached out to booking.com and they are absolutely no help. When you travel overseas booking.com needs to hold these rental management companies accountable. When you are traveling and finally reach your destination it often to late to make a change at 6pm in the evening. I recommend if you rent an apartment, do it directly with an owner of apartment. Not a management company. Especially, Belle Donne Apartments.

Wonderful location in a lovely Florence Apartment

The location could not have been better. The availability of washer and dryer was great. Would have loved detergent to do laundry.

The bathroom floor was uneven/warped in the first bathroom. The loft bed was too small for my 6’2” son.

This was a great place from which to explore Florence.

The location of this apartment was perfect - just down the street from the Florence Duomo and near lots of other places we wanted to visit. It was also nice and comfortable.

It was difficult to find the dishes and some of the supplies - there wasn't a lot of kitchen storage space, so we had to look throughout the apartment to find some of what we needed.

Highly Recommend. Look no further.

This was my favorite place our family of five stayed out of six places. It was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. It had a washer and a dryer. It was in a great location.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great in the back bedroom.

Superb

The apartment is in a very convenient location in the center of Firenze. We knew from the start that there was no elevator to the third floor but the stairway is wide and so it was as we expected. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was also a very quiet apartment and we were not bothered by any street noise which is important when in the center of the city. The windows were secure and soundproof. Once we figured out the air conditioning controls, we had a very pleasant stay. We would gladly return.

Great location with washer, dryer, and generous living space.

Great location, comfortable (maybe king-size?)beds, generous kitchen with all the necessities to make breakfast and reheat leftovers, a living area with couch and flat screen tv, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and iron. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an attached bathroom. It worked for two couples traveling together.

The shower in the hallway bathroom leaked terribly. Water leaked out from the shower soaking the floor. We tried to put towels both inside the shower to hold back as much water as possible and another one outside the door to soak up the water, but it was useless. It created quite a mess to clean up and used up towels we needed each day. It wasn’t just a little bit of water… it was a lot of water that required wringing out the towels and keep wiping up water. The flooring is damaged and peeling up. There was also a lot of mildew at the edge of the shower that was kind of gross.

Twin bed in second bedroom was in a loft. ladder to reach was steep, and no electrical outlets in the loft area.

I would definitely stay here again. It was really fun to have an apartment in Florence vs hotel.

The location was absolutely excellent! Extremely walkable to attractions and great restaurants. The bathrooms were incredible! There was a leak in the kitchen and Management was quick to respond

There was an unpleasant smell that penetrated from the hallway to the inside apartment. Management provided scented wall plugs, but we purchased extra room spray.

The location was very good The staff was helping when I need anything they reply immediately

- There was a lot of mosquitoes inside the bed room so we couldn't sleep, the apartment offering something to use it for mosquitoes but it didn't work with them. - The location in booking. com is different than the real location - There are Two different apartments one comes with elevator and one without, when I booked this apartment I didn't notice they are in different building I thought both in same one with elevator, but unfortunately when I arrived there I noticed that I booked the one without elevator( Audery apartment wasn't mentioned in Booking there is no elevator) So I need to up the stairs 3 floors - There was no plates - At night you can here everything in the street

Superb!

Florence is a second home for my family. We try to spend at least 2 weeks there every year. This was the first time in the Anita Belle Donne Apartment, hosted by Mamo Florence and I must confess it was above all our expectations. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and all the touristic spots. It is located in the first floor of a historic building with elevator. From the windows from the living room and one of the bedrooms it was possible to see the façade of Santa Maria Novella Church. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we found it spotless. Contact with the host was easy, even in the evening. Lights went out after 10pm one night and they promptly responded instructing how to turn them on again.

There is really nothing to say. I would have appreciated a microwave oven or an espresso machine rather than a water filter in the kithchen,, but that was just a detail which did not affect our stay.

Perfect Firenze experience

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need and at a perfect location.

The heat stopped at night and the room temperature was around 20 degrees Celsius, a bit lower than our usual room.

Super convenient to Santa Maria Novella Train station and all the tourist attractions. Helpful check in support. Third floor walk up. Cute apartment, nice neighborhood! Great option for us! Clean! Beds fine, if better would give this place a 10+ rating. Three adults shared this space. Would recommend to friends.
