The location and view. Space and facilities.
Couldn't get the TV to work but this was not a planned activity for our break.

Great location and view, Matias is super responsive
Can be quite noisy at night as all rooms windows are towards the street. Apartment can smell a bit like sewers as well but goes away very quickly as soon as we open windows

Amazing location and view. Plenty of space. Elevator building.
Uncomfortable beds and couches. Unpleasant smell in hallway and somewhat in apartment as well. Old food left in refrigerator by prior guests.
