We liked the location it was near a few bus stops and 15-20min from train station. Very close with bus from the airport too. The house was really well maintained and old italian 1900 style. It was clean and bathroom was nice.
The mattresses in the 2 rooms were not that comfortable. A few things for showering were missing from the bathroom, no room our shower stuff.

They were responsible and well mannered
All great. Maybe lighting of the rooms ( my room specifically, Europa) could improve

Everything was good, the rooms were large and bright, the family room had a kitchen, but without a stove, we didn't need it, there is no breakfast, it would be good if the B&B sign was removed from the door. The balcony was very comfortable, there were beautiful plants. The owner of the house was very friendly, he helped us with every question, and if I come here again, I will definitely stay in his apartment.
The internet was very weak, but we had our own internet.

Nice Italian vibe, pretty close to the sea, 15 min by step from the train station
No carpet in the bedroom
