The apartment is beautiful and with many facilities that help you a lot during your stay, the beds are very comfortable and cozy, so you feel at home from the first moment.
Also, the landlord helps you a lot in case you need something in your stay, and makes things easy for the day of your arrival as well as your day of departure.
I would definitely repeat my experience in this magnificent apartment.

We cameto Paris from Boston and loved our home away from home in the heart of Paris' Marais district. With easy access to the Metro in an area filled with restaurants and shops, the location was perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 5 giving the kids plenty of space to relax after a day of walking the city. The apartment was in good condition and perfect for a family vacation. My only gripe was the combined washer drier but we got it to work. Just as americans we aren't used to them.

Wonderful location. James and his team at Pad A Terre were really easy to deal with, helpful and reactive. Fantastic base to explore Paris. We used the car service and it made for a good start to the trip with red eye jet lag! Merci

Group of 6 girls all interested in art. Our main plan was to hit the local galleries and we did just that. The apartment was so well located for us. Safe neighbourhood for a group of ladies. Thanks so much James for taking good care of us

Large comfortable apartment in the Marais, perfect for our family (4 parents, 4 college kids). The felt was well maintained and It was easy to walk everywhere. Stacks of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. James was extremely helpful and responsive during the whole of our vacation. Before and after our stay. We would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!

The location of the apartment is truly unbeatable. Proximity to the metro, shopping, restaurants in a very chic and welcoming neighborhood. Having a lift was a huge plus as we were traveling with an older family member.

We were traveling with 3 adults and a small child. The apartment had curtains so rooms are dark. The living room space is large enough space for all of us. Bathrooms and hot water was good. Washer dryer was not working well. We used it once and it kept our clothes pretty wet and the dry function was not working.

We loved our stay at Marais Musée Picasso! The location and proximity to cafes and shops was so perfect for our family. We were able to stop by the local grocery to pick up some snacks and essentials for our family and enjoyed dining out at all the local restaurants. It was such an easy walk to the surrounding sites as well. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of six. Having the two bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer combo made our ten day travels a breeze. You won't regret booking with Pad-A-Terre!

Loved the location. Feet from the Metro, and never a far walk to a cafe or restaurant or market. Got fresh produce every morning and pastries before starting the day. Walking distance to amazing shopping and beautiful parks. Never overcrowded and we felt like this was the ultimate Paris experience at our location.

These guys are pros and our experience was fantastic. Three large bedrooms and two great full bathrooms. So nice to have kitchen and laundry and strong AC, too. Could not ask for a better location—Marais has it all. I would stay in any Pad à Terre anywhere as the owner clearly has great taste and knows how to make a top notch guest experience. Great value across the board.

We were there for a weekend, the apartment is located perfectly, near to many Coffee's and restaurants, a moment away from the Metro [which we didn't use so much as the location is so good we ended up walking for most days]
the place was clean and spacious, just as you see on photos!
Communication was perfect with James and Staff.

Our family stay in Marais Musée Picasso was wonderful. The district and street location is ideal for walking around to cafes, shops and museums. It’s also steps from the metro! Check in was simple with the help of one of the team members walking us in. The apartment is spacious, simply-appointed and we were most thankful of the air conditioning keeping up with the demands of the heat wave during our visit.

We loved our week long stay in the Marais. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The AC was a welcome relief after long days outside. And the Marais was a perfect location for tourists who love to stay in a real neighborhood rather than a hotel. Lots of local cafes and shopping to keep us busy at night too!

We only had a few days to spend in Paris, so as I was deciding where to stay location was very important. We were not disappointed!! The apartment was beautiful, exactly as represented in listing pictures. The location was great, nice neighborhood and very close to a metro station. We had a party of 6 ranging in age from 6 years old to 60’s and we were all comfortable. Communication was excellent from booking through the whole stay. We also used the airport pickup/drop off which was well priced compared to others and easy to use. Overall the only thing I would have changed would have been to stay longer!

I can’t imagine a better location for an apartment in Paris: metro station just around the corner, ample opportunities for food shopping nearby, walking distance from iconic Marais locales such as Place de Vosges. Our party of 4 mature adults were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms & kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking tasks (especially appreciated the salad spinner & Nespresso machine!). Apartment Guide was very thorough & informative, And there’s a lift! We very much appreciated the link to a driver & ride service for pickup/drop-off at train station or airport upon arrival & departure. Super helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this was a great apartment. It had plenty of room for 5 of us and we enjoyed having a comfy couch, chairs and a table to relax in. The location is excellent, 3 seconds from the St. Sebastien-Froissart metro stop and surrounded by tons of cute restaurants, boulangeries, markets, etc. I would definitely stay in this area again. The apartment was reasonably clean, most of us found the beds comfortable and the kitchen was functional. My only real complaint was the showers which we didn't love. I would stay here again.

Wonderful central location, plenty of sleeping room, living and hanging out area, kitchen space. Stayed warm in February with lots of pillows and easy access with the elevator.

Quiet area, yet so close (10-15 walk or metro 100m from apartment) to main tourist areas. There is a local Paris feel here. Metro outside, grocery across the street, and several bakeries close by (within 3 min walk). Dupain across the street has amazing breads, but Le Fournil de Paris a few minutes away was our favorite. Unit was great for family of 4. Second visit to Paris and this area is our favorite. Unit is clean, modern and up to date. Owner/Manager communicates easily and quickly via text or WhatsApp and you can order taxi service from/to airport through their checkin website.

We love staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, because it is so relaxing. You have more room and can fix a cup of coffee in the morning rather than going out of your room to get it or calling for room service and waiting. We never cooked, but it's great to have a refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks. Overall I feel working with James was a great experience and the website Guest site is extremely user friendly with all the information you need. Many thanks for a perfect relaxing apartment in the beautiful city of Paris!

We had a lovely stay for 6 nights in October on a trip to celebrate my daughter and her best friend’s 10th birthdays. We were 2 adults/2 children traveling from Los Angeles and the apartment could not have been a more perfect fit for us. The communication from James was excellent from the very beginning. We opted to add the car service upon our arrival at the airport which was very helpful coming off an 11 hour flight. Then someone met us at the flat to give us keys and briefly show us around and that was that. We had a couple of minor mechanical sort of issues on our first day (internet, washer/dryer) that James responded to immediately. We attempted to troubleshoot ourselves with the hard copy of the guest book in the flat but found that much of the information was out of date - you definitely need to reference the digital guest book for all of the most current information. The building is clean and quiet and the lift is a tremendous help when toting luggage in and out. The unit is well equipped and has everything you need. The second bathroom is pretty tiny and is a bit tight to navigate but it is still very helpful to have two bathrooms. The bedrooms are all a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. There is some street noise in the front bedrooms but nothing unexpected. Overall we all slept very well. The kitchen/dining/living areas are all great. My only suggestion would be to add a rug in the living area. I think it would really cozy up the space. What I cannot say enough about is the location. The neighborhood is superb. There is a Metro stop right at the corner and there are tons of shops and restaurants all within a few short blocks, yet Rue Froissart still remains safe and quiet. Bon Ton (my daughter’s favorite shop) is directly across the street and Merci (the grown up version of that) is around the corner. La Banquette (a cafe just down the road) quickly became a favorite of ours for lunch/dinner - and so much more. We absolutely loved our stay!
