It is very well located on the tram line B, stop ‘ cité des vins.’. The room boasted a separate small sitting room with sofa, tv and well equipped kitchen and fridge, so it’s possible to eat in the room. Moreover, there’s a Monoprix next to the residence.
There’s always somebody present at the reception desk and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were on the ground floor which was quite noisy due to a nightclub and traffic.

Location near cite du vin et le point hydraulic
Nothing really but we had to advise of a few things needing mending - not their fault really. I do not think anyone tells the reception. they were very grateful- small things to be fixed - bottle opener broken, battery needed for one of the TV controllers, hinge loose!
