We stayed in a executive one bedroom apartment, and it was clean, spacious, with a small kitchen and had all the utensils to do simple cooking. Had a microwave, but no oven. Had a dishwasher but no washer/dryer, but hotel offered washing service for 8 euros for small bag of clothes. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the east side of Munich, a quiet mainly residential neighborhood, about 25 mins by car from Hauptbahnhof.
The closest U-bahn station is a good 12-15 walk from the hotel on a straight road, U2, takes 25 mins to old town. There is hardly any restaurants or supermarkets, convenience stores within a short walk. The staff did offer to drive us to the U-bahn station with our luggages when we left.

The view was great, awesome.
Some essential kitchen appliances were missing.

The employees, everyone was very nice. I met the owners and they are lovely people.
I like everything.

Friendly front office
May be a bit off the metro lines
But we had a car - so for us no issues
