Lovely apartment in a great location. Pretty much 10 mins from every where.
The hosts were very attentive & quick to sort out any issues.
A basic washing up kit would have been useful. There was no cloth, tea towel or detergent

Everything about the apartment was great. There was a lift to my apartment on the 4th floor (always a bonus when staying in historical centers). The apartment complex is relatively newly refurbished (don't know when but everything was in great shape with modern facilities such as the bathroom, clothes washing machine and kitchen appliances - and lift!) The apartment was very well equipped - everything I need was there. The location was excellent - right in the historical centre. There was a Coop mini-market at the bottom of the building which carried a pretty comprehensive range - and several cafes/bars for the morning coffee and cornetto (if you didn't want to make coffee yourself). Marco, the host, always responded quickly and effectively to any queries I had. I was extremely happy with my 4-day stay and the apartment definitely contributed to my general appreciation of the city of Bologna. Photo is the sunset view from the apartment. Note - I traveled by train and it was an easy 8 Euro taxi ride to the apartment. I walked to the station in under 20 minutes to do a day trip to Ravenna.
No complaints at all - and if there were I feel confident that Marco would have sorted whatever it was out.

The location was great. Near the centre. Supermarket next door. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed. Good communication with host. Plenty of storage.
Needed a coffee table in lounge . Very noisy early morning.

Good location
Women mold on showers and ceiling. I tried to cancel and move it another place but they wouldn’t agree to refund me. I moved to a slightly better apt they own but still showers are old with mold around the bottom of them and on ceiling. Also TVs are so small and don’t have Netflix or other
