Dangerous area not that clean, no aircon or parking

The apartment looked nice and well appointed

There wasn't actually air conditioning, parking wasn't included, it was in a really dangerous area and it wasn't very clean

Well positioned, fairly average a place. Not going to say any more.

proximity to the station.The check in lady was helpful if a little forceful, scheming on the deposit by texting at 7.00 am to inform me that it needed paying and that since we were within 12 hours of arrival I risked losing the entire night's fee. Left with a very bitter tasted in the mouth following the entire arrival/stay.

The process of deposit of 300 euros was badly handled and very uncertain on the return of funds. It seemed as if they were bullying me to pay a very small print claim for deposit. Funds seeming returned not without repeated mails.

Exceptional

AIts was last minutes booking. I had problem with previous booking ( owner didn't gave key). And this Apartment was my last chance to find place to sleep. They gave me key in 20 min and confirmed in few minutes Sunday evening! Thank-you very much! You are amazingly friendly. Apartment also super clean and comfortable. I loved stay there. Highly recommended!

Value for money

It's pretty cheap and close to the main bus/ train station, which makes it very easy to travel out of Marseille. It's a 20-30 walk to the city centre depending on where you want to go. There are 2 balconies. The apartment is spacious.

It was a bit complicated that we had to deposit EUR300 in advance to be able to check-in. Toilet tissue is just for welcoming. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, we were told we had to buy toilet tissue on our own. It's not expensive at all but inconvenient. The sink in the bathroom got blocked but the host quickly came to fix it the next morning, which we appreciated. Even though it's a nice apartment, the pictures are a bit better than in real life, especially the bathroom.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Host was poor communicater, there was no WiFi code upon entry and I’m 100 confident there was no WiFi ( no modem/cable box to be found in apt ) regardless host suggested there should be a code in the welcome book - it was just a basic departure instruction note vague at that. She was lazy and unresponsive and by 7pm said there was nothing she could do more to help because she was now done working. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen , the bed mattress was poor and the walls thin you could here the neighbor until. $100 and no WiFi and no efficient person to speak to. They charge a cleaning fee but ask you clean your dishes and take out the garbage- literally they do nothing. Terrible experience and waste of money. Not even a cute apt. The women who runs the booking should be fired. Place is a scam

Noisy neighbours, party all night, could not sleep at all. No window in the room and no AC, bad choice for summer

Very good

Easy access to get to the Saint Charles Station, basically to go anywhere in Marseille. Ease of communications with the host. Comfy house and beds. Perfect

Super great

I had wonderful staying here! The host is very kind and we have nice conversation and she was always very fast with answers by sms. Apartment is well located just few min from the train station. Apartment is really cosy with nice balcony, also it’s well equipped and functional! I am very glad with my staying!
