It felt like home. I cannot say anything better than this. The apartment size, the facilities, the staff, the location: everything was spot on! Absolute value for money.
Even though this house has 1 bedroom and 1 living room, the living room has a separate door which basically converts it into a separate bedroom! How convenient 😊
The kitchen had almost all utensils/facilities which someone might need to 3-4 days. The bathroom and WC are separate, so multiple people can use it when require. The acoustics are good, so sound from kitchen/bathroom does not enter the bedrooms. There are big windows in both rooms.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has locker facility to store luggage in case your bus/train leaves late after check-out. The lifts work well. The entire feel of the hotel is professional. During our stay, there was disturbance due to protests in the city. The staff made sure to lock the hotel from inside to avoid and problems, and only allowed access with key. This is much appreciated.
It is at walking distance from city center, Vieux port and metro lines. I can go on. Basically: just book it.
Minor issues:
1. The living room door was getting stuck, maybe its bearing needs a replacement.
2. The A/C were not very effective immediately. It only started feeling cool after like 2-3 hours. Maybe a small fix is needed.

The staff were very friendly, the size of the room was exactly what we expected, and it had everything we needed
First — and this is important if you’re travelling by car — I would strongly advise against leaving your car at the Indigo car park near the hotel. Just look at the reviews: there are an alarming number of reports of break-ins, smashed windows and luggage being stolen from cars, along with plenty of photos showing the damage. We absolutely didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there, so we had to book a secure car park instead — and the nearest suitable option we found was a full 20-minute walk from the hotel. Definitely something to keep in mind if you’re arriving with a car and luggage.
Secondly, the room itself is really showing its age. The doors are all scratched and worn, the mattress springs squeak, there was a huge crack in the glass of the balcony door, and in the kitchenette the wall was badly swollen and damaged, almost as if something had exploded there (see photo). There is basically no soundproofing either: we fell asleep to a very heated debate happening somewhere outside and woke up to the sound of glass bottles being thrown into the bins.
Thirdly, breakfast was extremely basic. A lady behind the counter hands you a couple of croissants, some butter, cheese and coffee. It all felt rather sad and underwhelming, to be honest.
