Come relax at this great two bedroom/two bath unit located RIGHT ON THE BEACH in beautiful Perdido Key, Florida. The unit is well appointed throughout with comfortable yet nice-quality, beachy decor - the perfect combination for your stay. You'll be able to enjoy your morning coffee and the stunning views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf from this 4th floor unit. Floor to ceiling windows span the entire length of the dining area and den, which offers great views from inside, and creates a very open and spacious feeling. In addition to the great updates throughout, we are opening up the owner's closet to you as our guest to help ease the woes of packing and unpacking (see the photo). You will have use of numerous folding beach chairs, beach/sand toys, coolers, boogie boards and beach towels! So just pack your clothes - the rest is already here waiting for you! To describe a little of what Unit 405W has to offer... the kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped with all that you might need for your stay. It includes an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and a counter height bar that opens to the dining area for plenty of seating. The den and living room space feature ample, comfortable seating with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping accommodations (condo sleeps up to 6). You will also be able to enjoy the added amenities of a flat screen television with HD cable, a BlueRay/DVD player, an iPod docking station/stereo, full WiFi access and a PS2 gaming system (with games included!!) for the kids to enjoy. The nicely decorated master bedroom includes a king size bed and a flat screen HDTV with DVD player. The master bathroom has been fully remodeled and includes a large tiled, walk-in shower with a separate room for the double-sink, granite vanity. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and has been updated to include a flat screen TV. The second bath includes tiled floors, a large jetted whirlpool tub, tiled shower and granite vanity/sink. The SeaSpray complex itself is packed with amenities, too! You can enjoy the full use of three swimming pools, fitness room, tennis courts, hot tub and even a convenient docking area with boat slips on the canal-side for those who love fishing! This unit's complex has the zero entry pool (no steps). The complex is located within minutes of the best local restaurants and other popular entertainment sites such as the Flora Bama. The booking and interactions with the owner were simple - any questions were answered right away. The condo was exactly as described and fully stocked with all we needed to cook meals. Everything was so nice and clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room area - perfect space for sitting as a family to watch a movie or the TV in the evening or when there were moments of rain. The views from the balcony were amazing and beautiful. The owner was so kind to make available swim chairs and everything else we needed for our time on the beach. We loved the location being close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, Orange Beach, while still being in a quieter area where we felt a little set apart from all the traffic. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and the entire booking process.

This property is by far one of the very best we have ever stayed at. It was clean. Everything we needed was there. I really loved the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful ocean views. All of the appliances were nice and in great working order. This is one vacation rental that I would love to visit again!

My family stayed here and we loved it. Felt like home away from home. View of the beach was great and super easy to step out the door and on the beach practically. Place had all you needed except food. We will be back and we will stay right here. Thank you CN. Great place.

This is a great location. Right on the beach. We enjoyed the access to the beach and the swimming pool was very clean and taken care of. There is a closet with everything you need to enjoy the beach or swimming pool. That was very beneficial so we didn't have to bring all those items. Looking forward to a second stay. Would greatly recommend this property and owner.

Very clean, had everything we needed even for the beach. Nice location, loved sitting on the patio and looking at the beach, and seeing the ocean from the dining and livingroom as soon as you got up to enjoy a cup of coffee in your nightware.

Fully stocked condo right on the beach was perfect for our family of 4 with active kids. Truly a home away from home. The communication with the owner was superb. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the entire condo with everything you may need for the beach, cooking in and family fun time. Flawlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I booked this condo last July because we come to Perdido Key every July 4th week. It is so much fun every year. We have a Family Reunion type vacation. With Covid-19 happening we weren't sure if it would happen but I can say that Seaspray really did step up. They had attendants keeping the pool clean, assisting with 6ft distance at the beach, cleaning the elevators and making sure that all guests had a car tag for parking. Also, our condo was perfect for our family. They have an owner's closet with everything you need including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and more. The only complaint I had was that the toilets need you to hold down the handle for 5 seconds when flushing which was minute compared to all the condo offers. I would recommend Cindy and her condo to anyone.

This property has wonderful views and Is very close to the beach. The elevators are speedy or taking the stairs is a option. The condo has their own beach chairs and umbrellas which drew us in so we could set apart from the main beach area. The condo was quiet and well appointed. They cleaned the property common areas daily with disinfectant as well as special cleaning procedures for the condo. Very nice stay!

The home was very clean and set up well. We had everything that we needed for our stay. Having chairs and umbrellas was very nice and we weren’t at a very crowded areas, which was what we were looking for. Cindy was great to work with and very helpful with any questions. This is our second year in a row renting this lovely condo. It's perfect in every way. The condo is clean, and very well maintained, updated and decorated tastefully, with excellent access to the nearby beach and pool it overlooks. The owner's closet is stocked with everything you could ever need for beach and pool enjoyment. We'll definitely be back!
