La rapidez en recepción y la simpatía del personal en el restaurante a la hora de las cenas.

Almohadas muy pero que muy bajas y el poco cuidado del personal de la limpieza de habitaciones hablando muy alto a las 7.30 de la mañana. Puede ser que sea intencionado para que nos levantemos de la cama antes y les dé más tiempo para limpiar, pero la verdad es que deberían tener más cuidado. Bajamos a desayunar a las 9.45 y el buffet estaba casi vacío, hasta el pan faltaba y eso que la hora de cierre es las 10:30 h. Pero para ser justos, es verdad que si lo pides te lo traen y con la mejor cara.

Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff, close to the airport and not far from the metro(10 minutes).

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la estancia es muy agradable y está en una zona muy tranquila. La atención en la recepción fue genial y los tips que nos entregó María estuvieron muy acertados!

Aunque no tomamos desayuno en el hotel, creo que el precio por personal (15€) es un precio elevado, quizá ofrecer dos opciones de precio (una más económica) podría entregar un plus al hotel Solo por mencionar, y que no fue para nosotros algo negativo, es que la estación de metro Suanzes queda a 14 min caminando, se ubica fácilmente y te lleva directo al centro, pero puede parecer lejos para algunos

Dog barking in a room on our floor on 2 different occasions, we complained and staff had to locate the owner elsewhere in the hotel to come back and sort it out! I'm shocked this was allowed.

Very friendly staff - Thank you, Andres! -, great location, really helpful with any concerns, and welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The lemon water available to us every time we walked in was refreshing coming back in from the warm Madrid sun.

I really don't have anything negative to say- this place was great. The staff was always helpful, and we were super close to bus stops that got us anywhere we needed easily.

We only stayed one night as we needed a hotel close to Madrid airport The position was ideal and the dinner in the bar was ok,the bar man was very friendly

Beautiful and spacious room with very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Good breakfast and they easily accommodated my dietary needs (gluten free). Also, it was easy to find free parking on the street nearby the hotel.

the gym was very mediocre, small and hardly any machines or weights, also, they did not have water in the workout room, you had to purchase water, I’ve never been to a hotel jam that has made you buy water

A very nice hotel, good value for money spent. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Great insulation from outside. There was an evening reception right below our window but the windows shielded the noise well.

The noise was not so greatly shielded from the corridor just outside of the door. You could hear absolutely everything that was going on there. Even people just walking.
