The room was very spacious. Staff was very friendly. Location could not be more perfect. So close to the old city but very quiet. Breakfast was good as well.

Hotel was tucked in a cozy Soi which drowned passing traffic noises away from the Main Street. Accessibility to old city was within walking distance and centralised to the river, ninman area and bus and train station.
There’s a lack of staff’s awareness on helping guests with the luggage or holding doors when checking in or out of the hotel. Facilities though clean, was a little run down such as bed frame corner was peeling. Doors to the mini fridge and clothes cabinet was not properly dusted. The body wash at the bath room was not replenished one day. My request to the concierge staff for additional drinking water was not fulfilled and had to call them again on the matter

The breakfast is fantastic and the environment is super clean. It’s close to the old city, very convenient to travel to anywhere.
The air conditioning is very hard to control and cannot be set time…The bath water is also very hard to adjust the temperature…The fountain in the middle of the hall can be really loud especially at night…

Breakfast could have more choices, it was a very basic meal provided with toast and egg. Local dishes could have been welcome for the breakfast and the same fruits served for the 2 days we stayed. There could be more variety of fruits.
Staff could be more service oriented. They were not forthcoming like getting the luggage from the room or if we needed anything else.
