Fantastisch 🇹🇭👍

Super service. We konden zelfs nadat we om 12 uur hadden uitgescheckd de bagage achterlaten en rond 20 uur douchen en omkleden in het welness gedeelte waar handdoeken klaarlagen. Echte aanrader

location is 5min walk from siam and MBK center, staff were very friendly rooms were clean and tidy

location was great 5min walk to MBK and Siam center room was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable staff were excellent soo helpful and always smiling

breakfast could of been better restaurant prices are a little high when you have so much choice within 5min away

Lit Bangkok Hotel was beyond our expectations. Thanks!

Spacious rooms, the layout of the bathroom, shower was great, convenient to many stores, walking distance to metro, very polite employees. At the restaurant Puk and Gift were very nice and helpful. Overall, all the staff were great. The gentlemen on the front door were very respectful. Massage therapist were very professionals. Will be back again.

Emplacement et calme au top

L emplacement est parfait pour visiter Bangkok et faire du shopping. Mkb a 2min à pied. L'hôtel est propre, calme et le personnel souriant.

Pas de laundry pour un 5 étoiles ça fait bizarre..... on a du parcourir un peu la ville pr ça dommage..

Agréable

Les chambres sont très belles, propres et décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le service à la carte est agréable. Les infrastructures sont jolies et le personnel est exceptionnel.

L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre avec les temples.

Overall I am satisfied.

I think the location is really perfect and service is excellent. You can just walk for 5 mins and reach out to the shopping mall

The air condition noise makes me awake for a long time . They really need to upgrade the facility to reduce the noise. Especially for people who have problems with insomnia.

Family friendly. We asked for a cot for our 3 years old son and was provided. Having a swimming pool is good for children because there are no playground around. The restaurant was good, food was well presented.

They could have put more toilet paper in the room. Everyday we have to ask for toilet paper at the reception.

Great Location & Clean Rooms

Staff are very attentive and the location is great. Very close proximity to all well known shopping centres and malls. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to shop during your stay at Bangkok.

Central Location

Central location, nice pool, friendly helpful door staff. Decent gym.

We had been travelling around Thailand for a while so we decided to stay here to relax before our flight home. One of the main reasons was the hotel on booking.com advised a shuttle bus to airport was available, however when enquired this was not the case. The staff advised they can call a taxi which is approx 500 bhat. The hotel advertised rooms with a ‘city view’ so we where very disappointed when we realised what we actually got, given the cost of the room. We had stayed in other 5 star resorts throughout Thailand over the previous weeks for less - felt very mislead.

The location was great and the staff were great. The restaurant staff were very good and the reception and bell hop staff were always with a smile

The reception area air-conditioning wasn't great and the shower areas at the steam rooms were very hot, the air-conditioning was not working

Best location possible. Right next to MBK, Siam center and paragon. 2 min walk to national stadium BTS. Great breakfast.

1. WI-FI WAS TERRIBLE!!!! slow slow slow slow! disconnected constantly. The website that was required to log in did not open half the time. bad! 2. Staff was nice when around but 50% of the time the lobby and front desk was empty

Great location and exceptionally clean and comfortable

prices of food (restaurant was empty), the management should review) and drinks, the happy hours at the pool bar were appreciated but not the nicest area to sit. pool is in shade and only beds to sit at.
