sehr schönes Design Hotel in Top Shopping-Lage! Auch gut zum Stadterkunden geeignet.

Super stylisches Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage in Bangkok. Das MBK Centre ist einfach um die Ecke, man kann also wirklich toll shoppen - dadurch besonders als Hotel für eine letzte Nacht in Thailand sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings ist der Skytrain auch direkt vor der Tür (Station National Stadium), wodurch man eigentlich überall gut hinkommt. Und schlimmstenfalls gibt es ja auch noch Grab. Das ganze Hotel ist als Boutique Hotel in besonderem Design. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend schön, der Hotelpool lädt auch zum schwimmen ein. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber. Am Dach gibt es zudem noch eine mehrstöckige Skybar. Als ich dort war, hatte das Hotel ein Jubiläum, weshalb man kleine Snacks am Empfang bekam. Fand ich eine sehr schöne Idee. Das Personal ist auch sehr, sehr höflich - selbst für Thailand ist mir das nochmal mehr aufgefallen.

Der Checkout hat etwas länger gedauert, da erst durch einen Angestellten des Housekeepings gecheckt wurde, ob der Raum in Ordnung ist. Das war etwas ungewöhnlich für mich.

Locatie is handig bij verschillende shoppingmalls

Eten en drinken erg duur. Niet in verhouding met de rest van Thailand. Bij het zwembad kwam onvriendelijke dame melden dat ik had moeten opschrijven dat ik daar was. Staat nergens en als er niemand is die dat zegt, dan weet ik dat ook niet. Ik had dit hotel uitgezocht omdat er 2 bedden zouden zijn. Toen ik dat nog eens vroeg bij het inchecken was hij heel lang bezig en toen we boven kwamen bleken het 2 matrassen te zijn met 1 dekbed. We waren te moe om weer te wisselen.

整體舒適，如果冷氣和網路可以正常會更好。

地點非常好，距離暹羅商圈走路5-10分鐘，旁邊也有BTS空鐵站。工作人員英文都很好，溝通無礙。

可能是客房冷氣老舊，空調設定16度，但氣溫始終沒有下降至16度的感覺，且客房WIFI網速非常慢（但飯店大廳、餐廳的冷氣很涼、網速飛快，所以猜測是客房問題）

Second rate service

This was a return trip to the hotel after an enjoyable first visit several years ago. We had love it for it’s unique decor and superb service. Now I know why people say ‘never go back’!

The once funky style is muted and unoriginal and the service has seen a marked decline. Having booked this hotel 4 months in advance, the staff had ample opportunity to warn us that hotel guests are not prioritised when it comes to hotel facilities. We were barred from using both the cafe on the ground floor (due to a ‘Fancy Party’ function)the restaurant on the 25th floor - due to pre-bookings throughout our stay, and we’re not even ‘allowed’ a seat at the rooftop ‘Paradise Bar’ as when we turned up at around 5pm, every table was reserved. This despite the fact that there were less than 10 customers there and the tables were empty. Instead of accommodating us by saying we could have a table for an hour (which is more than we needed), they offered us a broken couch in a corner- my partner nearly fell out of it upon attempting to sit down. Just one example of more shabby than chic. Having saved a substantial part of my income on this holiday we were made to feel unwelcome and second-class. The five staff standing around were more interested in chatting and laughing with each other than serving customers- so it would appear. One mocking someone falling by rolling down the steps - unprofessional! The limited range of breakfast was also disappointing. Limited range for vegetarians, and cold plates resulting in cold food. We had previous happy memories of the amazing range at breakfast, and staff who couldn’t do enough to help. This return trip was disappointing and actually depressing- to see such a decline in service and attitude. There is no shortage of staff- so many standing around saying ‘hello’ , but no one actually serving customers. Do better!

hotel sieht besser aus als auf den bildern, lage unübertreffbar alles soweit perfekt, würde jedes mal wieder kommen!

es hätte mehr zahnpasta geben können falls man seine eigene vergisst (meckern auf hohem niveau!)

Uncomfortable experience.

The location of the hotel was good, close to the shopping malls. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't clean. We were surprised that the hotel didn't provide a washing soap for our hand. There wasn't a (do not disturb/ please clean the room) sign and when we requested one they gave us but it was stolen the next day?? The furniture looks old and there was cracks and stains on the wall. The shawer head level was very short, it was uncomfortable when taking a shower.

Empfehlenswert, aber nichts Besonderes, wie auf den Fotos scheinbar erkennbar.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wie überall in Thailand. Die Lage ist zentral. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer gemacht. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist sehr lecker, hier kann man auch Frühstücken. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist auch sehr schön und lecker.

Das Inventar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Von den Fotos her, hatte ich ein wenig mehr erwartet. Die Luft im Zimmer war - bedingt dadurch das im 15. Stock die Fenster nicht aufgingen - sehr trocken durch die Klimaanlage. Das Hotel hatte uns ein Taxi nach Chinatown organisiert. Wir haben hierfür deutlich mehr bezahlt, als zurück, als wir uns selber ein Taxi genommen haben. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Taxistand, also besser dort fragen, als übers Hotel.

Sympathique séjour à Bangkok

La gentillesse du personnel. La piscine et ses transats. La proximité des centres commerciaux et d’un salon de massage très bien. L’espace dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était bien sans être incroyable.

Les équipements restent simples et sont un peu vieillis. Le service au bord de la piscine trop long et pas qualitatif au restaurant lors du dîner (erreur de commande, cocktail mal réalisé).

Clean, stylish rooms. Friendly and easygoing staff. Restaurants quite good. Short walk from the Arts & Culture Centre (neat space with minimal but interesting exhibits). For Canadians, there is for some reason a Tim Hortons nearby haha

Weights in the gym weren’t labelled. Just lift the heaviest things you can, I guess? Breakfast was okay, but not great (good variety and quality, but not so great flavour). For example, the omelette could use a pinch of salt.

Very good

Modern and well designed. Staff service was excellent. Room size was big and the views are incredible.

Wi-Fi was very poor, especially in the evenings and if you stay on the top floors. Bathroom doors are not ideal if staying with more than 1 person

Superb

Remarkable design of the hotel and room decoration. Very good breakfast. Refreshing swimming pool and sunbeds on 11th floor. Excellent location - between the Siam and MBK shopping malls, and the street food zone. Great views from the rooftop bar. Very helpful staff.

The "Club room" benefits could have been better designed and promoted. It seems that the original business lounge on 22nd floor was abandoned, and the lounge benefits have been replaced by (i) 2 free drinks per room per day in the rooftop bar, and (ii) free coffee or smoothie plus a homemade sweet in the ground floor restaurant. That seems quite limited compared to the usual business lounge facility at other hotels. The homemade sweet was just one kind - a leftover waffle from breakfast (not fresh), decorated with some cream, jam and chocolate sauce... every time the same. We'd suggest to rethink the Club room benefits to bring more value.

Cool Hotel in a Cool place

The best place to stay in Bangkok. 3 minutes walking from the "National Stadium" BTS station. 5 min walking from the Centre of Cuture of Bangkok e from great malls. Big room, good staff, clean hotel, cool design.

aircon faulty .. very hot despite temp at 6 degrees and called technician to fix it. Wifi didn’t work. reported , a router given and still have connection problem. room lighting too dark and dim to my liking

A fun stay at the hotel with friendly and helpful staff

The staff were super friendly. We traveled with a toddler and the staff always welcomed us with friendliness. The hotel really showed a unique character. Was fun and was comfy.

The pool was not suitable for toddler. It’s target is for adults. The hardware of the hotel is not great quality. Although is very new, some facilities like bathtub already looked a bit old.

Great Location, Great Staff!

The room was a really good size for the location of the hotel. The view was great looking over Bangkok and the staffs were very accommodating and diligent. The breakfast was wide ranging to suit everyone’s tastes.

Great hotel, will come again

Was on the 24th floor and view was great; hotel room in a very cool design; pool and gym was amazing. Breakfast very good. overall price/perfromance- ratio was excellent. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. close to the railway station.
