Convenient stay, thank you Happy 3!

Happy 3 has great price/performance. You get more than what you pay. Very convenient location, great staff, and all the amenities are good. I would highly recommend budget travellers to stay in here, you get what you see.

Front desk and housekeeping services are good. But overall room and linens needs upgrading/maintenance.

Location is near bts and mbk. Room is generally clean and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly to help.

Towels need to be replaced as they look overused (thin and fray) Construction next to hotel start as early as 8am. Very disruptive to rest

Will come back to Thailand and will consider booking this hotel again

The location was great! The staff were very polite and approachable and will always greet you with a smile. I love the hotel and they have everything you may need from toiletries, bottled water, hair dryer, iron, wifi, and even private transpo if you opt for one! Loved my stay here!

Отличный отель, удобное расположение и просторные номера! Были дважды, каждый раз на отлично! У нас был номер на 5 этаже на троих взрослых. Номер большой, с удобными кроватями и матрасами на них, белье белое, качественное. Принадлежности для гигиены, полотенца для рук, ног, банные на каждого гостя. В отеле есть неплохой бассейн во внутреннем дворике, работает до 22 часов. Есть возможность купить завтраки. Сам отель расположен очень удобно, рядом есть 7/11, Теско с фудкортом, в 10 минутах пешком Сиам Парагон ( множество кафешек), Сиам Центр ( шоппинг) и Сиам Дискавери (океанариум). Если идти лень, то совсем рядом вдоль реки есть аутентичные тайские перекусы, неподалёку есть итальянская пиццерия и другие кафе. В нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля станция метро BTS, река. Рекомендую отель.

Super lokalita

Hotel je v tichej uličke nedaleko od SiamParagonu a pár metrov od múzea Jima Thompsona. Výborný pomer cena/výkon. Dostatočne veľká izba a obrovská pohodlná posteľ je plus. Personál hotela milí. Radi sa znovu vrátime. Nič nám nechýbalo.

The room. Not clean too much, it was so noisy there also because the building and also into the room itself because the air conditioner. We didn't sleep all night and all the room we saw was with musty the smell was bad we couldn't breathe well.

3번째 재방문한 가성비 호텔 갑 혼자도 둘도 셋도 좋아요

가성비 대박이에요 3명이 숙박하는데 하루에 10만원선이라니!시암 근처라 위치도 좋고 깨끗해요. 벌써 3번째 재방문입니다 깨끗하고 매일 물도 주고 침대도 잠잘오고 조용하고 다 좋아요

딱히없는데 지금 옆건물이 공사중이라 아침부터 소음이 약간 있긴해요!

Would definitely book this place again if we came back to Bangkok.

Love the rooms, they were clean and had all the amenities needed. Plus the staffs were super friendly and provided us with everything we asked for. Also loved that each bed came with 2 pillows instead of one like most hotels. This hotel exceeded our expectation for the price we paid. Also liked that there was a train station (National Stadium Station) within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel and Siam Paragon was within a 15 minute walking distance.

The shower heater wasn't working properly, it would switch from hot to cold randomly. But it was a minor inconvenience. And the balcony was dirty, probably due to the construction going on right beside the hotel.

Superb

The hotel was located right behind the Jim Thompson House, near the National Stadium BTS station and the boat terminals, so it was easy for us to navigate to wherever we wanted to go. The bed were comfortable, we had great nights.

The tap faucet was a bit broken, you should look it up.

Perfect place to visit Bangkok

One of my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Next to National Stadium Bts and Siam Bts. Room are modern, well furnished with a lot of amenities. We stayed 2 days in a suite junior, with a little kitchen corner and a small balcony. The staff is so nice. Check in and check out are fast and easy. Don’t forget the 1000 baths for deposit.

Really nice boutique hotel.

Room was very nice. Did not get to try breakfast as the restaurant was closed every morning that we were there. Location smack bang in the middle of the Siam shopping district - so good from that perspective. However, there was not much else around. I would not stay in this location again unless I was going for a day to shop.

Everything’s great and worth the money

I stayed here for 4D3N and it felt like home away from home. The neighborhood where the property is is quiet, you can hear birds chirping in the morning and walking distance to Jim Thompson’s house, BACC, MBK, Siam group of malls is short which I really liked. They organize my room everyday and generously provide toiletries and water. The staff are also kind and always greets :)

The faucet handle is so hard to turn when your hands are wet or soapy. Maybe can put a rubber grip or a longer handle.

smart design, clean and comfortable, location very close to the BTS station

the hotel lies deep inside an alley, which is close to the nearby sewage flows so it smells pretty bad when walking to the hotel. This doesn't affect the smell of the room anyway

Mixed review: Excellent toiletries (better than design hotels toiletries) yet huge and loud noise of AC. Friendly staff yet overworked and understaffed. Simple clean design yet sink position, pedestal and height unpractical. It was 4:00 pm and my room was not cleaned then as if cleaned by end of day. The worst thing about this hotel, strong moldy smell in the rooms. Best thing, location, security and price per night.

the central area of the capital is interesting and very crowded

the only + was the fact that it is in a central area

the air conditioner makes a terribly loud noise, the room smelled strongly of mold, the decayed furniture, many broken objects, the mattress on the bed with springs and hard... it is not a good accommodation!

location is a little out of the way from the central. have to walk about 15 - 20 mins to Siam area and about 30 mins walk to pratunum area.
