Great stay! There are just a couple of things that would have made it so much better. The bed in the principal bedroom is squeaky and not super comfy. Black out curtains in bedrooms would have been excellent and a garden hose below to rinse off sandy feet and beach stuff wou.d have been really nice. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

We left several days early because the house AC couldn’t keep up with the high temps and the house was an uncomfortable 75+ degrees from around noon until the sun went down.
Bathrooms were clean. Floors in general were dirty and our clean bare feet quickly looked like we had been walking around outside.
We didn’t call mgmt. as fixing the AC is more of a unit is too small for a summer house with living areas that face the west problem.
Not our worst VRBO but definitely not our best.

Jacks Tree House on Tybee
We had an amazing stay here. The house is aptly named - sits high overlooking park, surrounded by tall old pines. It sits across from fire house as well but we never dealt with any loud sirens or engines. The house was so clean and perfectly supplied with kitchen essentials. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to zip around the island and got the feel of Tybee. Even enjoyed seeing the St. Pats parade along butler. Beach was beautiful and just a quick walk across the park! Thank you for having us.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacks Treehouse - the furniture and beds were really comfortable and clean. The front porch was a lovely place to hang out but... it is right across from the fire station so a couple of times we were BLASTED by the alarm! Also the kitchen doesn’t have any basic staples for cooking (salt, pepper, oil). Finally the air conditioning unit doesn’t seem to be properly functioning especially in the back bedroom.

Very nice Treehouse, inadequate management company
Three stars for the Treehouse. It is a lovely home stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation at the beach. One star for the management company for not giving adequate instructions on the operation of the keyless system to the front door. We wasted several hours trying to get a response from them and when we did hear back from them the response was a flippant admission that they knew the printed instructions were incorrect but they just had not gotten around to changing them. The tone of the phone response was breezily insulting to my wife who was dismissively called “the wife”. There are a few things that need to be addressed like the non-secured runners on the steps and master bath shower controls.

Treehouse offers best of both worlds: lovely green tree perch and a close walk to the beach
We loved this house! Beautifully appointed, comfortable, kid friendly, and ideally located. Our toddlers loved that it was so close to a playground and not far from the beach. We would have gladly
stayed for the rest of the month! Great place.

We found Jack'sTreehouse to be very comfortable.
We just finished a week there and enjoyed every day spent there. We also rented three other houses on Tybee for a family reunion.

he house is very cute and convenient to all things
The house is great overall, but there are quite a few little maintenance issues that piled up even in our two night stay. In the second bathroom the shower head needs to be replaced, it won't even sit on the mount, as such we had to hold it over our heads while we showered. The Dishwasher is not secured in the counter and as such falls out of the slot when it is opened. The master shower faucet is lose and feels like it could break anytime. There are lots of light bulbs out, the WIFI was unplugged when we arrived and we had to figure out how to get that up and running, and the fire place which would have been great to use but wasn't working either.None of these things were deal breakers for us, but they are all also really easy things to fix before the next guest arrives. If everything was working the place would be perfect.

We had 4 adults and only two wash cloths. Maybe in future maybe at least one per person! House was nice and clean!

Great house & location.
The house was just like the pictures show. It was a very short walk to the beach which wad nice since you have to pay for parking pretty much everywhere on the island.
We enjoyed our week here and would definitely book this house again if we ever come back to Tybee.

Definately home away from home!!
This home was absolutely the best!! My husband and I had our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren and we had enough room for all. We bought food to save on cost from eating out and the kitchen was great!! The distance from the beach was great, the walk was very enjoyable. Loved the front porch in the mornings and evenings. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a rental home, this home had it all!!! Thank your for a great experience!!! The Kelly from Missouri.

Mostly Nice House But Not Entirely as Advertised
The house is in a great location and for the most part very livable. However, the web site photos of the 2nd bedroom (with the queen bed) did not show the bunk bed installed over the head of the bed. If we had seen this, we probably would not have rented the house. The bunk bed basically was a cage at the head of the bed. The metal ladder ran up the side of the bed where your head is. To get out of bed, you had to slide to the middle and watch your head or you would bang it on the overhead metal bunk bed frame. In addition, the front small burner of the stove did not work. We mentioned both of these items in an email to the property manager. She said they would send an appliance repairman for the stove and ask the owner about removing the bunk bed. We never heard from the property manager again. The stove was not fixed nor was the bunk bed removed. Now, I understand the owner put the bunk bed in and might have been unwilling to remove it, but the manager should at least have let us know this was the case. I do not know why the stove could not be fixed. I think the lack of communication after the initial email bothered me more than the reported items themselves.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
I couldn't have asked for a better rental. My friends and I spent Labor Day weekend at the Tybee Tree-House and the entire process was seamless from booking to check out. The house was well furnished and the kitchen was in great shape (though the stove was a little tricky!). The beach chairs and accessories on the bottom floor were a welcome addition when we headed out to the beach.
Savannah is also about 20 minutes away, perfect for a night out and exploring, but you really do have everything you need right on Tybee Island. 80 East Gastropub is a great option for dinner; filling and well-priced.
I would definitely come back again!
