About this house rental
Situated in Seacrest, this lovely house for $530 per night is a great option for your next break. Our cozy, clean, well-maintained cottage is tucked inside the family-friendly Magnolia Cottages neighborhood along the Florida Panhandle's scenic Highway 30A. The neighborhood pool is steps from our door. The spectacular beach across 30A is a 5-minute walk away. A private boardwalk and staircase leads down to white sand and the prettiest water in all of North America. When the surf is up, you can hear it from our large, screened-in porch. Unlike some other developments on 30A, Magnolia Cottages preserved much of the natural vegetation -- palmettos, pine trees, scrub oaks, etc. -- between the houses and along its cobblestone streets. Our cottage has beautiful pine floors. The fully-stocked kitchen island is integrated into the communal family room; the efficient set-up is perfect for cooking dinners at home. Eat along the island, at the dining room table, or at the table on the porch. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The third bedroom -- which our kids have claimed as the "kids' room" -- has two full-size beds and a TV mounted on the wall (the other bedrooms do not have TVs). A third bathroom, with a shower, is located next to the kids' room. It's configured perfectly for one or two families, assuming the kids don't mind sharing a bedroom. (Kids are great -- but no pets, please!) We carefully furnished and decorated our cottage to be a welcoming, enjoyable place after a day at the beach or for staying in during a rainy afternoon (listening to the rain on the porch is like a real-life white-noise machine). We provide two adult-sized, one-speed beach cruiser bicycles for leisurely rides through the neighborhood or along the bike path that runs alongside Highway 30A. We're located toward the quieter, eastern end of 30A, which typically sees less traffic than stretches further west. The shops and dining of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, the Hub, Seaside and Grayton Beach, as well as the dunes and often deserted beach of Deer Lake State Park, are minutes away. Our driveway has room for two vehicles to park side-by-side. Magnolia Cottages does not allow parking on the street. We book our property ourselves. Our property managers are readily available for any issues that may arise; they are in the neighborhood most days. We sneak away to this house as much as we can to "exhale," relax and enjoy the amazing beach, water and air. We hope you do as well! Note: As they are throughout Florida, the beaches in our area are a mix of private and public beaches. Access to some stretches of 'private' beach is more rigorously restricted than for others, but we've never had a problem finding plenty of space to set up on the sand.

So happy with the accommodations. Well stocked and homey. Loved the shed with toys bikes and floats. It has a charcoal grill so we did steaks one night. I would get up early and take short walk to the beach h to watch the sunrise. Great access to pool. So grateful to have this time with our kids and grandson. He had magnets that he used on the road cofee table. Such a great time!!

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and friends. The location is absolutely perfect--5 min walk to the beach and we did not have any trouble finding a perfect spot to sit front row to the water. Also, perfect for our teens to bike down to Rosemary (1.5 mile bike ride) for the day. We loved being close enough for our kids (and us) to bike down but far enough away from the crowds!! Also, the shed had bikes and chairs and everything needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with owners was great. I would highly recommend this place. Hurry and book!

18 Kareny Lane in Magnolia Cottages was a wonderful experience. It was me, my husband and our daughter and son--in-law with our 16 and 12 year old granddaughers. The bedrooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout the cottage. It was a perfect distance from the beach and luckily the weather was gorgeous the entire stay. We hated to leave after 7 days. We enjoyed all the beach gear in the shed and played games at night. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home. Best vacation!!

Summer bliss
What a great way to start our kids summer vacation! Such a cute house and functional layout. Beach is a bit of a walk when lugging all tour stuff but the gorgeous color of the water when you get there is we’ll worth it. My son learned to swim in the pool which is a short walk from the house. Quick bike ride on the path to The Hub, Alys beach, or Rosemary beach. Fun things to do include looking for crabs after dark, yoga at Raw & Juicy Friday 7am, and dinner in Watercolor. It was heaven and we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Mary!

We just loved this house! The living area and kitchen were nicely furnished and well-designed. The beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch! Close proximity to the beach makes this property particularly desirable. Finally-loved the quiet peacefulness of the neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Great Cozy Beach House with Lots of Privacy

Easy walk to beach access, but disappointed that it was a bit of a walk past all the private only beaches and very crowded public beaches. (Would have liked to know that detail when booking). Would like to visit again at a less busy time of the year.

This cute cottage cheese as well equipped to make our stay very comfortable. The only downside was, the cleaning lady started cleaning about 45 minutes before our check-in. She wasn’t finished, and we had to stand outside waiting for her to finish for about 20 minutes past the allotted check-in time. After being on a long car ride, being able to get inside without the floors being all wet would have been nice. Other than that, our stay was perfect. This particular cottage has lots of beach equipment and two beach cruiser bikes that came in handy. We will be back!

Magnolia Cottages
Very nice, well appointed cottage. Felt right at home. Perfect location, and a hop-skip to the beach. Appreciated the quietness away from 30A, though very close. We chose this cottage based on NOT having a room of bunkbeds. For older children, it was perfect to have the option of full size beds, vs bunkbeds. Not for everyone, but perfect for our situation. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks SO much.
