This property is registered with the Andalusian Tourist board under the DECREE 28/2016 law. Registration number – VFT / MA/ 08319. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor, south facing apartment. This bright spacious two bedroom apartment is well furnished with a bright sunny lounge and two double bedrooms. There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV with a selection of international channels is provided.. Situated close to the beach and within walking distance of all amenities this complex has extensive lawned tropical gardens and 2 sparkling free form swimming pools. The larger pool is open from 25th May - 11th October and the smaller pool is open from 1st May - 11th October. Opening hours vary. This property is next to the smaller pool. An ideal location for a family holiday and only 400m to the beach! As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. If you would like a Detailed Restaurant Guide to the best restaurants on the coast – Please use the Enquiry Form to request it. If this property is not available for your preferred dates please let us know as we may have a similar property available. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking. IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Balcony gets sun all day. Comfortable beds, good quality linens. Lee-ann at Suncoasters was so helpful and we were very impressed with the level of service.

The location was ideal for exploring, especially as this was our first time. The apartment was lovely, home from home, There was a little confusion over the keys to start with, as we were arriving out of hours. But didn't spoil the holiday and we know for next time,
