Situated in Sitio de Calahonda, this attractive villa for $224 per night is a great option for your next break. Covid 19 Update Extra cleaning is in place between rentals during the Corona Virus pandemic. We are also working to ensure sanitising products are on hand in the property (subject to availability), but we also advise you bring your own. Some normally available items (books, toys etc) may not be available during the Covid-19 pandemic due to cleaning issues. A three bedroom, two bathroom villa with south facing pool, secluded garden, games room and glorious views of the ocean in the lovely area of Calahonda, Costa Del Sol, Spain. The villa is tastefully furnished, using carefully selected colours and fabrics. There are three bedrooms (each sleeping two), two at the back with garden and sea views and a shared bathroom, and the master at the front with its own recently fitted en-suite bathroom. A large lounge with dining area, a small study / utility room, an externally accessed games room and a fully fitted / equipped kitchen complete the accommodation. Patio doors lead off the lounge to the covered terrace offering wonderful views over the sea. A child friendly terrace gate leads you down some easy steps into the attractive secluded garden with shrubs and trees and a sloping lawn leading down to the oval pool. There is a covered barbecue, convenient drinks fridge and dining area in a corner of the garden and, at the front of the house a cool terrace with small table and chairs. Next to that, a spiral staircase leads up to a small and private roof terrace. The Costa del Sol is renowned for its Golf courses and great golfing climate. The closest to the villa, Cabopino Golf, is a 10-15 minute walk away. Check them out on www.cabopinogolfmarbella.com, book a round at [email protected] or call 0034 951 607 004 / 0034 638 927 271. Their driving range is a 5-10 minutes walk away on the walk down to the beach. You can of course drive to either. Should you require it, airport pick-up and a welcome pack (food supplies/tea/coffee etc) can be arranged in advance, both for a small charge. Our Management Company is also close by to assist you if needed. Amenities: Air conditioning / Heating and/or ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms, rolling radiators, LCD TV with UK TV channels (including BBC1, 2, 3, 4, ITV, ITV2, 3, 4, Channels 4 and 5), DVD Player, Bluetooth Speaker with Stereo Radio / CD Player / USB, Monitored alarm system, Free Wi-Fi, Fully fitted kitchen, Regular & Microwave Ovens, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, All cooking utensils provided, Washer, Drying Rack, Linens provided, Hair Dryers, Iron / Ironing Board, South facing Pool, Car parking. NO Pets allowed. This is a NO Smoking Villa.

The house is as perfect as it appears on the website. Geoff provided us with very precise directions on how to get to and in the house and once there, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The weather was even so nice that we were able to swim in the pool (especially the kids, who can handle the cold water better).

We stayed as a family of 5 with 2 kids. Very clean, bright, spacious villa, wery well equiped kitchen, barbeque, large enough garden with sun loungers and amazing swimming pool! It was one of our best stays in Spain and we are traveling a lot there! Will reccomend to anyone who enjoy home away from home holidays! Thank you Geoff & Heather
