Large, Luxurious 2 Bedroom APARTMENT With PRIVATE POOL, Excellent Reviews!
About this condo rental
Our fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment with it's own private entrance AND pool is situated in Riviera Del Sol. The only people who use the pool are those staying in the apartment , which means YOU... Nobody else uses the pool. No social distancing! It is all yours. The owners are nearby if you need anything, but you will only see us if you need us. It's a really private space and just a 5/7 minute drive to Cabopino Beach. We are mid way between Marbella and Fuengirola. The two bedrooms ( 1 ensuite with Super King-size bed.. second is a Queen-size bed and has its own bathroom across the hallway.) There is an additional single bed in the lounge area that can be used for a 5th guest. (Maximum capacity is 5 guests) The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and you also have wifi and a smart TV! We include some basics for cooking to get you started plus tea coffee etc. Feel free to borrow our portable sun chairs and parasols for your time at the beach. You are also welcome to use the Charcoal BBQ for some al fresco dining! Marbella, Cabopino Beach & Dunes, Fuengirola, La Cala De Mijas, Ideal for day trips to Granada, Seville, Ronda and Nerja. Malaga is our closest city , and the Picasso museum as just one of the highlights. A million restaurants of every genre for you to try. Puerto Banus is a favourite with visitors to view the glitterati or do some designer shopping. Lie by your own pool or visit Nikki Beach ( 10 minutes away )or any of the beach clubs along the Costa Del Sol. Unico is our favourite! We advise a car, but taxis and Uber are available should you not wish to drive. Depending on when you visit , there are different things going on. Ferias, Mountain biking competitions, Jazz festivals, Diving trips, wine tastings.... lots to do. The apartment has everything you may need INCLUDING, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker and WIFI. Bring your Google Chrome dongle or Firestick so you can use your own Netflix account etc. We have some travel adaptors for your use and if you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it. The apartment is in a residential area, and while you can use the pool 24 hours, we ask that you are quiet after 11pm and before 9am. We have a small dog, Lola (12 yrs) who sleeps most of the time, but does love to lie in the sun around the pool. We also have 2 kittens...Trevor and Sheila! They are very playful and friendly. Inside the apartment is a no smoking zone, but you can smoke outside, no problem. My husband & I was so impressed with the appartment,bonus having your own pool.John & Brian were so accommodating,so nice the perfect hosts.The appartment had everything you need.The location was great a bit of a hill but cabs are really cheap.Loved Trevor & Sheila (there cats)coming to visit us especially as I was missing my furry babies,and little Lola the dog.Totally recomend this place,definately will be booking again.Once again thankyou so much John & Brian for making our holiday ,making memories Marilyn ,Tony & Hope X

We had a great stay at John and Brian's place for part of our annual escape from the Madrid heat.
Their rented apartment is lovely, and as hosts they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including cooking staples and had a lovely welcome gift in the fridge.
I would definitely recommend their place and hospitality.

Superb top class apartment and great location. Lovely owners on hand if you need them but otherwise very private. Lovely private pool. Absolutely loved our stay there. Very very highly recommended.

We had a week visit at the apartment.
Soon as we arrived we were greeted by John one of the hosts who helped us with our luggage.
When we got in to the property it was even better than the pictures, and had everything we needed and more. The property was very clean and well maintained and the garden and pool area was private and relaxing.
We travelled with our 1 year old, and the apartment was set out and equipped with everything ready to go to make life easy for us.
John and Brian were so friendly, accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, and always on hand if needed.
We would definitely recommend a visit to this property and will definitely return again.

This apartment was beautiful inside and out. The hosts were friendly, professional and really helpful. Their pets came to visit and they were lovely and friendly. Their are a few bars/restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!!! 😊

This was my first experience renting vacation accommodations on VRBO and I have absolutely no complaints. The rental process went smoothly and this property was beyond my expectations! The photos of the apartment don’t to it justice, much bigger than we expected, plenty of living space, superbly presented, amazing appliances. Extremely comfortable beds, never slept so well. Lovely private garden and pool. We were looked after magnificently by our hosts John & Brian and would recommend this apartment, we have already booked for next year, Emma & Dave Lafferty

Brian met us on arrival - showed us around the apartment - explained everything and said he was only a phone call away. What stood out to us was

Enjoyed a 10 night stay with my family, property has all the mod cons, cannot fault in any way. Outside space and pool is well kept and maintained, property is private and very secure. The hosts are great and nothing is to much trouble, and at the end of our stay they felt more like old friends. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to friends and family. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We arrived early, and John could accommodate us a little earlier than our check-in time as our flights were quite early.
The property is an exceptional standard. And comes with the bonus of Trevor and Sheila, the kittens who would pop in to see us on a daily basis and Lola, a very friendly dog who seems to want tummy rubs all the time.
The location is great and only a 5-minute drive to the beach and the restaurants. The property is in quiet urbanisation, so there is no noise from a beachfront location.
The owner's Brian and John were very friendly and keen to make sure we had a good stay

Fantastic gem in the Costa del Sol!!
We came as a family with two children aged 10 and 7 and two adults, and had an absolutely wonderful holiday! John and Brian were brilliant hosts, achieving the perfect balance between being available when we needed them but in no way being intrusive. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need, including top of the range appliances and kitchen equipment, even down to a cool box and umbrellas to take for your own beach picnic. The pool is a wonderful asset, and our children loved being in it every day. The two gorgeous kittens and sweet dog Lola visiting us from time to time were also a welcome addition to our holiday! All in all a brilliant stay and I have no doubt that we will be back!! Thank you John and Brian!!

We spent almost 2 months in our 'winter home' whilst visiting Costa Del Sol and beyond. John & Brian(as well as Lola) are truly OUTSTANDING hosts.
The property comes exactly as advertised. The apartment is outfitted to the highest quality and has everything you will possibly require.
Riviera de Sol is a central location. We had our own privacy, yet we were still close enough to La Cala, Fuengirola, Marbella & Malaga. We even took day trips to Sevilla, Granada & Gibraltar.
We loved our morning walks through the various beach communities that are all inter-connected by boardwalks.
We also had terrific hikes in the hills right above our place.
We played 7 different golf courses that were all within 8 km or less of our place. 6 of the 7 were excellent. The 7th one was merely good.
It was always terrific to spend sunny afternoons lounging by our own private pool.

Choosing an apartment when planning a vacation is not easy: you always want the best one among the panoply ! This one is definitely an excellent choice if you’re looking for a pleasant stay. No bad surprise: the description is clear and real. The hosts are attentive, available and discreet; their apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and fully equipped; the location is only a few kilometers of everything. In short, an address to recommend to friends!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein absoluter Traum. Wunderschön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. John und Brain sind tolle Vermieter. Man merkt nicht, dass sie das sind, obwohl sie über der Ferienwohnung wohnen, aber sie sind immer sofort da, wenn man sie braucht. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

El alojamiento es mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. La piscina un autentico lujo. La zona perfecta y muy tranquila. Los propietarios viven arriba pero como si no estuvieran. Son muy correctos y educados. Da gusto tratar con personas así.
Si necesitas alguna consulta de la zona: restaurantes, que visitar te informan enseguida.

Unos días estupendos
El alojamiento está situado en una zona residencial muy tranquila pero a 5 minutos de todos los servicios . Puedes ir a varias playas en 20 minutos, todo en coche eso sí.
El apartamento tiene de todo, muy cómodo y una piscina privada encantadora,John y Brian un encanto de personas.

El apartamento es muy espacioso, con todo tipo de detalles. Los propietarios son majísimos y han pensado en todo. Hay hasta nevera portátil con sus placas de hielo, sombrillas para la playa, etc.... También hay básicos como aceite, sal, etc...
Las camas son muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona con un temporizador, que es más que de sobra, ya que en la zona no hace excesivo calor. Nosotros sólo lo poníamos media hora antes de acostarnos. La lavadora es también secadora, lo que viene muy bien.
La piscina nos ha encantado.
La propiedad está en una zona en la que no hay tiendas ni restaurantes, por lo que es necesario coger el coche para todo. En consecuencia, también es una zona muy tranquila para descansar.
Los propietarios tienen una perrita adorable, que algunas veces salía a saludar al entrar y mis hijos encantados de darle mimos. Para las personas que no les gusten los animales no resulta problema, ya que no la oímos ladrar ni una sola vez, ni bajaba a nuestra terraza.
Volvería sin ninguna duda.

La piscina sólo para nosotros con un salón y cocina equipado con todo para el disfrute la familia, cerca de la playa siempre que se vaya en coche pero el lugar es muy bonito y seguro que volveremos, muchas gracias

John and Brian’s apartment is an absolute gem. Quality accommodation with no expense spared in fitting it out and plenty of space - it is even better than the pictures. The kitchen and lounge area is huge and opens up on to the terrace with the pool which is perfect for cooling off. At the end of May/beginning of June the sun is on the terrace from about noon until after 6pm.The bedrooms were perfect with large beds and lots of little extra touches - I particularly liked the bedside lamps. Showers were absolutely fine with hot water soon available.The apartment is underneath John and Brian’s villa with its own access and the owners were never intrusive but always available if we had a question to ask. Lola and Gucci, their two dogs, became firm friends during our stay but were never a nuisance.You will need a car to get around as it is not really walkable to shops or restaurants as it is a residential area , which makes for it being quiet and relaxing. But for us it was not an issue and it is a little over a five minute drive down to the supermarket and the restaurants of Calahonda. Taxi fare was around 8 euros.Overall a lovely week - just what we needed and wished we had booked for longer.
