The house was more than what was advertised. Well stocked, even had complimentary coffee and creamer and bottles of water in the frig. The bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite and just what we needed. We will stay again!

This small home, located in a quiet neighborhood, is comfortable, cozy, inviting, and updated with a serene modern decor. A well-stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, plus a well-landscaped back yard with a seating area are bonuses. The owner was attentive and available for any concerns and questions. It is located next to a beautiful park, local attractions, restaurants, and for us, family. We happily and highly recommend this property!

This house has been beautifully restored. It's well eqipped and quiet. The backyard is an oasis and has an amazing old cottonwood tree in it. We sat out each morning with our coffee and enjoyed the yard and the temps (cooler than Florida!). The city park is maybe a third of a mile away and is a good walking destination. We would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful property with a beautiful yard and well-appointed rooms. The description of the property if accurate. The house is immaculate with such inspiring touches, I wanted to come home and redo some of my own art and decor. The living room and dining room are perfectly furnished. The bedroom is just as the pictures depict. The King-sized bed is so comfy! The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, utensils, dining sets that a couple needs. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. We loved the tech in the house. It is a nice romantic setting. It is a great place to stay to go to the Royal Gorge and other southwest recreation areas. We planned to do more outings while staying there but it was so comfy and peaceful, we ended up relaxing there with a movie our first night and our 2nd night, after our excursion on the Royal Gorge Train. Truly, just what we needed, peace and relaxation. Noelle and Richard were easy to communicate with and very kind with all our questions. We would stay at Park Place again in a heartbeat, and absolutely plan to.

It was a wonderful property. Very beautiful house. Clean and easy access. Bed was very cozy and comfortable. Very highly recommend place to stay. Property manager was just a text away if something came up. Very considerate and wonderful people

I have stayed here a couple times before and have always rated it 5 stars. It is still 5 stars. My only complaint before was a lack of little touches like soaps, lotions and shampoos. Well they have addressed that! Had a choice of items this trip. Great spot. Great home. Great people!

This cute home was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. The backyard was a pleasant surprise and wished we could’ve enjoyed the fire pit but could not due to the high winds. We were able to enjoy the view of an incredibly huge tree! Communication with the owner was very easy.

I've stayed at a few different homes now, and this property and the hosts were the best. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used Pueblo as a launching point to visit places in Southeast Colorado, and I would book this location again when we go back.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very well equipped. It had a great washer and dryer and all the laundry needs. The backyard is lovely. It was in a very convenient area, close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses.

This house is amazing. Every single aspect was on point. Generous living area. Well equipped w anything you need. Clean. Yard well kept. Only a couple blocks from the park. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable king bed. Worked well for us as a base to visit the artsy towns nearby. Everything is right with this lace. Excellent value. I’m partially handicapped and it worked for me. Owner was very accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay here! This old home has been remodeled so well the only clue it's old are the huge trees in the front and back yard. Very comfortable and I slept well and it was so quiet. My husband felt the bed was a little soft for him, but it was great to me. It is such a beautiful quaint place. Noelle was very accessible to questions. Great host.

From beginning to end, correspondence between us and the property owners was prompt, simple and clear. It was evident from the photos that this was property was a cut above, and our stay proved it. The remodel of this home was first class all the way! The kitchen was stocked with top of the line utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, (creamers, sugar), utensils galore-- everything one would need to prepare and serve a meal other than the food itself! The king bed was so cozy; pillows comfy, bedding top notch. Closet with plenty of fashionable hangers! Bathroom complete with fine linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a heat lamp and fan! My husband set up his laptop in the accommodating office, which wasn't lacking in books and dvds. The elegant dining room and the comfortable living room made us feel right at home. The backyard is huge and well maintained. The neighborhood so quiet! We weren't there long enough to use the brand new washer and dryer, but again, top of the line. Finally, having the use of a garage from where you can enter the home made us feel safe and secure, along with the lighting surrounding the house. I can't say enough about this extraordinary property. It is a designer's showcase, and quite simply the most immaculate home we have ever had the pleasure to stay in on our many travels.

Excellent experience. Nice quiet neighborhood at end of dead end street. Close to downtown. Exceptionally clean. Much attention given to details and amenities to make stay pleasant and accommodating. Lovely back yard area for relaxing. Excellent communication and check in/ check out. Detailed instructions and expectations provided which I appreciate. Cool technology with lighting.

The Park House was such a lovely little smart home to stay in! We stayed here one night, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable night in after a 12-hour drive. Everything you need is right where it needs to be, and instructions are clear and detailed. When informing Noelle that we would in late, she made sure a light was on for us so we wouldn’t walk into the dark. Very responsive host, impeccable property, and the cutest little getaway for a brief stay. Definitely keeping this little gem in mind the next time we pass through!
