Very clean and pleasant room and facilities overall - kudos to housecleaning staff! Front desk personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Terrible coffee and breakfast options lacking protein. Also lots of un-recycleable serving stuff at breakfast.

The bathroom had mold. Shower tile was cracked and moldy. Toilet water was so full, your hand would get wet while wiping. Handicap shower worked poorly. Sheets were old and "pealing". Breakfast didn't serve eggs. All around feeling the hotel was old.

Our room was very clean a nd comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it to others.

No room service because we had dogs. We removed our do not disturb sign when dogs were with us. Horrible breakfast options.

The smoke alarm was missing , it was a non smoking room & it smelled of smoke, there was urine on the bathroom floor & on tub, im asuming from a dog, the beds were full size not queen we didn't take our socks off cuz the carpet was gross

Nice property, good staff, Breakfast was sparse.. No eggs. (Lots of complaints from other guests, Mom didn't let me complain about food. So I was fine.)

Alex was amazing. She did a great job checking us in. Our first room was locked so she got us a new room. However it smelled like dog pee and had fur in the room. I went and told Alex she gave us a new room. New room was better. Floor did smell like pee. We asked for extra blankets and they had blood stain on them.
The best part of the trip was Alex she was nice and helpful.
Works part was the room and blankets not being clean.

After 10 hours of driving the hotel was a perfect stop. The room was remodeled and very comfortable. It also has grass for pets which is nice.

Pretty dated despite photos shown online. Beds were not comfortable and the room had a funny smell. The TV remote didn’t work and there was no way to change the volume, so it was basically on or off. Room wasn’t dirty but wasn’t really clean either. The staff was wonderful though. The girl that checked us in was very kind and even gave us food delivery options since it was so late and we were tired. Location is convenient. Just priced like it would have been a little nicer/well kept.

Our room was disgusting. It smelled of old food and the carpets were wet. We had a scary rottweiler in the room next to us and people running up and down the halls in the night.

The bed was excellent and the room very clean. The only issue was I was charged twice and had to visit the front desk about having the charges reversed.

Staff didn’t want to be there, complained about their job, rooms were dirty. Would not stay again.

The mattresses need to be replaced and the bathrooms need to be a bit more clean. Kids running the halls in the early morning hours (2:00a-5:00a)

When I got to the hotel to check in they charged my card saying the booking service did not give them the information. Then the lady started yelling when I asked why she charged my card. She made it seem like it was my fault. Yelled she had a lot on her mind. It’s not my she charged it. It’s not my fault she twice.

Only thing was a wash rag left behind from previous guests. No biggie. The service was amazing!! Especially the young lady at night. So wonderful

The sheets were old and maybe not even washed as they felt itchy to the skin. Had to ask for blankets and sheets for sofa bed to accommodate my son.

The only bad thing was that the beds were so small and they were reserved for 5 people and there was only room for one person in each bed.

Certainly a place to stop at if you are in the Middle of Colorado. There are hidden gems especially by the Arkansar River.

Great service from the young lady working who checked us in after 24 straight hours of driving. Easy to find, easy to get to our destination the next day, room was clean, breakfast was hot!

I thought the shower was well done with good antiskid floor and a great safety bar along the back wall. Much better than the Grand Junction property.
