This place is full stocked. It was perfect for small Thanksgiving get away. About 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Very close to the Blues and Brews festival in June.

This was our first trip to Flagstaff and also the first trip since my husband has been in a wheelchair.
The location was amazing, just a 15min drive to downtown and basically anyplace we wanted to go inside the city. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to play games and watching the elk (?) enjoying a snack from the trees below us.
The ramps, wide doorways, and easy access to the shower with a shower chair made it easier for my husband to have some independence while we were there.
It was a great experience and family vacation that we have needed for a long time. Thank you!

Comfortable place for our stay. We enjoyed a well-equipped kitchen, as well as the close location to a great restaurant across the street at the golf club. The view from the patio swing on the deck was beautiful. Very convenient to the freeway, too. Just wished the walk from our car to the rental was shorter with all the stuff we packed.

I grew up in Flagstaff so I wanted my husband and kids to see where I lived. We drove from Chicago here and my fuel pump went out on my car. Everyone in town was so nice and accommodating but it was the owners of the property that really helped us out a ton. The property as clean, my kids felt like they were at home and so many memories were made. We will definitely be back and we would definitely recommend this to anyone! Thank you so much and we will see you soon!

Our whole family loved staying here. The whole unit was clean and comfortable. The property manager was second to none. Quick communication and made sure all of our needs were met. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

The location is great. Right next to the highway n beautiful scenery. The check in was very easy. The place was neat and clean with all amenities needed. Nice home. Comfortable and very cozy with the fireplace going. Home instructions easy. We were 15-30 mins away from most attractions n restaurants. Felt like home. Customer service was great! I will book again and tell all of our friends about this quiet well kept place!! Thank you for being so kind!

This was a great location. All was as described. The furnishings were a bit old. The HVAC system was not the best. The porch furniture was very good. Walk way could use more lights. Worth the money

The townhouse was clean and comfortable with large windows to look out at the nearby forest and the sunrise (and moon rise). We were happily surprised to see they had a real fireplace with plenty of wood. It was nice to sit in the living room playing games with the fire keeping us all warm and entertained.

The house was very spacious and so comfortable … windows open was all we needed during the day . So comfortable at night ! The Country club atmosphere is perfect … we did not use the club though . The communication with the owner was wonderful ! Walking distance to toasted Owl and oreganos. Overall I would stay again and again and again !

Nice cabin feel townhome
Stayed in this property with 4 adults comfortably. Had room for two more in bedroom two and the sofa bed so would have been good for about 3 -4 more guests. Kitchen was nice and roomy and so was living room! Nice deck with few of the 9 hole course which my husband enjoyed! Definitely will stay here again.

We were in Flagstaff to attend our daughters graduation from NAU. This townhouse was in a great location. We loved the deck with views of the golf course and surrounding trees. It was nice sitting outside and unwinding in the afternoon. The interior had that cozy feel of a cabin with modern comforts. I would have l9ved to use the fireplace, but the weather was a little warm and time was a little tight.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. There even a supply of some spices and condiments. The owner obviously cares about their guests' comfort.
We had reservations at the Oakmont which was a two-minute walk away.
Two small drawbacks. The jet tub is very slippery. We did f8nd a tub mat under the bathroom sink on our last day. The master bathroom lighting is pretty dim.
We had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again.

Property was great for our family weekend getaway. We went up for the snow and the kids were able to play for hours right in the backyard. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. Fire place was a nice feature too! Plenty of room and we would stay again!

Great Family Weekend
Property was great for our family weekend getaway. We went up for the snow and the kids were able to play for hours right in the backyard. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. Fire place was a nice feature too! Plenty of room and we would stay again!

The homeowners are incredible, very responsive quickly. They were incredibly understanding, kind and generous. Their home is very nice, it is wheel chair accessible in the front entrance and in the master bathroom as well. The master bath also has been updated and has a beautiful shower with the wide shower head feeling like rain falling on you. The other bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and also dual shower head. The home is clean and beautifully decorated in a kind of rustic cabin motif. The view from the living room out the wall of windows is beautiful and the deck holds a covered sitting area for snow clothes removal without the mess in the home. As well as a large swing chair on the wrap around porch. The home offers tons of kitchen equipment for everything you would need as well as many basic cooking supplies. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a pull out trundle under the twin. As well there is a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room.
We went to the home as a getaway for skiing and sledding. Since we were there during the week, Snowbowl was open but the sledding tubing place was closed. The community has a golf course and tennis courts and other amenities which as we walked the grounds easily found some great areas for sledding/tubing for our kids. The homeowners we met along our treks to find snow hills were all very kind. Overall I would recommend this property and these homeowners to anyone. It was a wonderful stay and we would return again.
On a side note, Evolve the rental company through VRBO left much to be desired for me. Somehow during my booking the dates were changed for the time we wanted to stay in the home. Unfortunately the booking was completed before I realized the error. This was totally my mistake. However, immediately I contacted Evolve and requested a change of dates to the weekend two days later, as my kids have school during the week. The weekend was open when the request was sent. It took Evolve 8 days to respond at all to my request, and by that time the weekend was booked. In addition, in lieu of trying to help I only received a form letter that it was booked for the dates. I would hesitate and really think twice before booking again with Evolve - however since this homeowner is so wonderful to work with, I definitely would book them again regardless of Evolve's lack of expedience, assistance and customer service. I would give Evolve 1 out of 5 stars - poor communication.

The house is located right across the street from the Continental Country Club. The course is relatively easy to play and the greens fees are very reasonable. The restaurant/bar at the country club has a very good happy hour and good food. The house itself was well stocked and comfortable.

Very comfortable townhouse that is pet friendly!! Great enclosed back porch (huge plus for our four legged friend!) with a swing and patio table facing the golf course. Perfect location close to the highway and downtown Flagstaff. Would recommend staying here if in the area. Thanks!!
